
Stress Relief Breathing with Gentle Seated Qigong

This session introduces a simple seated Qigong movement that helps settle and organize your energy while supporting natural breathing. Rather than focusing on one area, this movement works more globally, allowing both the body and energy to come into balance. As things begin to settle, tension in the chest and upper body can release on its own. When this happens, the breath often becomes deeper and more stable without effort. There is no need to control anything. Just follow the movement and allow the body to respond. Over time, you may notice: a more settled and grounded sense of energy less tension in the upper body a naturally deeper, more comfortable breath Everything is optional. Move gently, within your own range.
