This session is for anyone who has sat down to meditate and found themselves trying to stop thinking. Rather than offering another method to control the mind, this practice points to something simpler — what happens when nothing is interfered with. Thoughts may appear, continue, or remain unfinished. There is no need to push them away, follow them, or complete them. Nothing needs to be managed. Using simple sensations such as the weight of the hands and the natural movement of breathing, you are invited to remain where you already are — without moving toward or away from anything. When nothing is controlled, thoughts move on their own. When nothing is resisted, even restlessness is allowed to stay. This is not about achieving stillness, but seeing that it does not require effort. Please note: This session is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery.
