Become Superconscious - The Inner Child Connection

You have situations that occurred to you in the past that you could not deal with, that left a permanent impression. The intention of this inner child work is for you to free that moment in your past, to free the young you, to allow that emotion to dissolve. And in its dissolution, there can be many changes in your adult moment of now, the body can begin to heal itself. The more you can simply relax and allow for the possibility that your inner child can come to you with ease, with exactly the messages for you in this moment, the more powerfully you can connect to the field and in the field, everything can occur effortlessly.

So, Let's just take a moment and really feel. Feel yourself present in your body. And in this really chaotic time, It's great opportunities. So often, When there's chaos around, When there's all this challenging things going on, It brings up some of the old patterns. It brings up the fear. It brings up the isolation. It brings up past memories. And so today, We'd like to take a look at how. How can we deal with this? How can we deal with all these old things from the past that are being brought to the surface by this chaos, By the challenges that we're facing? Some are facing lack, Without a job. Some are facing without a home. These are all part of the Stargate family. So remember that when you connect, When you bring your energy and hold your energy with us for the whole hour, You are supporting everyone. You're supporting those people that are struggling. You're supporting those people whose health isn't perfect right now. So just hold this field. Because in holding the field, We're holding all those who need this extra support right now. And so time and time again, When Prageet and I work one-on-one with people, Alcazar brings their inner child into the session, And that's when the magic truly happens. And in these sessions, There's often this stuckness. There's like this feeling of the struggle, Like knowing the issue that's wanting to come up. And then there's this moment when suddenly everything changes. It's like the inner child gets something, Or there's some kind of transformative process, And that energy that was tied up in struggle suddenly becomes like the most exquisite, Beauty, Super conscious love, Understanding of the human condition, Compassion for self. And so that kind of transmutation is the magic that the Stargate inner child work can bring. And Alcazar has said that there are two aspects of our inner child. There's the human part, The one that maybe needs love, And then there's the super conscious part, The child who has just come from beyond the veil and is still super sensitive, Super connected, And actually has a lot to show us as an adult. So we're going to be exploring this today. And even those people that have dis-ease or imbalance in the body, If it's been there for a while, It's usually an emotional undercurrent, An emotion that's being repressed, An emotion that's not necessarily even understood or recognized. And the inner child work brings that to the surface as well. Your inner child is your inner genius. They can bring you to the core, Or the first time that you've experienced some of these emotions, Like abandonment, Or loneliness, Or whatever is coming up for you, Even if it's fear or lack, They can be like, Hey, This reminds us of this particular instance in our childhood, And then you can bring love to the origin in this lifetime. So what is the inner child? Inner child is an aspect of your past. It's an aspect that when you as a little one had an emotional experience that you couldn't deal with, Something was happening in your life, And you simply didn't have the ability, The understanding to deal with it in that moment. And if that situation persists or is repeated more than once, Then in order to protect yourself, That emotion is pushed down, Repressed. And when you repress an emotion, It actually moves into the physical energetic. So the energy of this repressed emotion is part of your energy field. It's almost like a stagnant part of your energy field. And depending on the emotion, It depends where in the field that energy, That stuckness is stored. And if that stuckness is stored in that place for a long time, Then it actually starts to affect the effectiveness of the cells in that area, And it can actually create dis-ease, Imbalance. And so many of our health issues have roots in situations from our past. Most of them come from the early age, First few years, Five, Six years. But of course there are other situations that happen that can be shocking, Challenging, Things that you couldn't deal with. And so even at a later age, You can repress some of these emotional situations. So we'd like to bring a deeper understanding to the inner child work. As we're talking, As always, Alcazar is working with each one of us. I can feel Alcazar right now. So I'm just being reminded of this. So when we work with the inner child, In the stargate energies, We're in a 12th dimensional high vibrational field. And in that energy field, The inner child can come to you as a living quantum presence. So you actually be open to the possibility that you can actually connect with you at a younger age, That you can actually feel your inner child like a sentient being coming to you. And we had an awesome demonstration of that with this woman yesterday who wrote in the chat saying she was in a healing session and she made an energy field and called for her inner child. And the healer could feel the presence of her inner child. So it's like when Alcazar says there's the human aspect of the inner child, That's all the unresolved, Perhaps, The parts that are needing our attention. That part is a genius also because it unlocks the key to our evolution, Which is the whole reason we're here on this planet in duality. And then there's the super conscious part who can come in and actually caress the humanness with the understanding, The higher consciousness perspective of why we chose those situations in our life. So, Let's see what Alcazar is having to say. Alcazar Beloved ones, We greet thee to Zalcazar. For some, The concept of the inner child is a little strange. You do not have lots of little children running around inside you, No. What you do have, However, Are memory points from your past, Moments in time and space when situations occurred to you that you could not deal with, That left a permanent impression. In those moments, You, As a youngster, Repressed the emotion or emotions involved in that situation. And so that situation is still there in your past. But understand, Beloveds, In truth, Even though it is exceptionally hard for most of you to really grasp, In truth, There is only now. And in the now, You can access those moments that you perceive as your past. And so you, In the quantum field, Which is where we do this inner child work, In the quantum field, There is no time. So in the quantum field, You, The adult, Can connect with you, The child. And you, The adult, Can talk to the little one. You can bring your adult understanding to the situation. And you can help the little one feel everything is OK now. That is past, That is over. We no longer need to be afraid of that situation recurring again. And so the intention of this inner child work is for you to free that moment in your past, To free the young you, To allow that emotion to dissolve. And in its dissolution, There can be many changes in your adult moment of now. The body can begin to heal itself, And this happens very rapidly sometimes. Illness and disease simply moving out of the body within moments. But there are also many emotional things that can be freed. So many people carry within them the feeling that they are not good enough, The feeling that they are unworthy, The feeling that they do not deserve to receive those things that they would like to have. These are very common. So many grow up with the impression of lack. You cannot have what you want. So beloved, All these emotional issues are stored within you. And now is the time, Now is the time to allow them to be understood and become free. Do you know in times of great lack, In your communities and in your world, You can be in abundance because you do not have to move with the flow of the rest of society. You are unique. You are creators. And as you free yourself from these limitations of the past, You allow the fullness of your creative abilities. This is where we are taking you with all of the different Becoming Superconscious episodes that we have created over this year. We are bringing you to freedom. We are bringing you to a place in that freedom where you can create a higher level of existence for yourself. And in doing it for yourself, You touch those around you. In doing it for yourself, You start to change it for humanity as a whole. And so the inner child work, As it is often called, Is a big key to your freedom. And so we invite you to feel the gentle energetic that we are bringing to each one of you right now. And you can actually invite the support of the Alcazar Group of Universal Masters into your field, Into your life, Now and whenever insight is needed. So we invite each one of you to ask for yourself, If you wish. We call for the group of Alcazar, Universal Masters here to support your awakening. Beloved ones, The Alcazar energy has a self-reflective property. When you call for our energy, We are able to assist you in seeing yourself. For when we look upon you, We do not just see you in this moment of your now. We see all your lifetimes. Truly understand this, Beloved. There is a part of you that knows absolutely everything. Everything that you are. Everything that you have the capability of becoming. And we reflect this knowingness to you and through you, Through your faculty of sentient awareness. There is nothing to do. This is not a mind trip. Do not grasp for these understandings. Simply relax. Feel as if you have a mirror that extends to the cosmos. Feel as if you have the ability to recognize that what is occurring for you is not just in this moment right now, But that you are an ancient being here to transmute and resolve collective and individual issues from your past. And this higher perspective can assist you in bridging the gap between your human awareness and your superconscious perspective. For you are, Each and every one of you, Transformative agents on this, Your Earth. So in a few moments, We will guide you into a meditation. Beloveds, Relax. This is not hard work. In fact, The more you can simply relax and allow for the possibility that your inner child can come to you with ease, With exactly the messages for you in this moment, The more powerfully you can connect to the field. And in the field, Everything can occur effortlessly. Okay? So close the eyes. And allow the body to relax. Let us first create a beautiful energy field. So we ask each and every one of you to ask inside for the energies of the Earth, The energies of Gaia, To come up into your body, Into your energy field. We call for the energy of Gaia, The Earth. And just feel, Just allow for the possibility that the Earth will respond to you. And if you wish, You can also imagine in your physical body, Dropping beneath the Earth's surface, Bathing in this grounding energy, Nourished, Calm, Relaxed. And so now each one of you asking inside for an etheric stargate to come down around you, So that you are seated or lying down within a stargate structure. And so we call for the presence of an etheric stargate. And so just visualize, Imagine, Feel, As a stargate starts to surround you. You do not have to know exactly what it looks like. Just the asking and the etheric stargate, Which is the consciousness of the stargate. The etheric stargate responds to your asking. So asking inside for the activation of your etheric stargate. We call for the activation of all the etheric stargates and all the physical stargates around the world. And your stargate begins to radiate a very soft, Gentle energy around you. And so we again vibrate all the stargates, The energy fields, Faster and faster. And so as we do so, The etheric stargate is raising its vibration through your fourth dimensional frequencies into the fifth dimension, Continuing to accelerate. We move into the frequency ranges of the sixth dimension now and continue up into the frequencies of the seventh dimension, Where we pause for a few moments. And so we ask each one of you to ask inside now for a strong seventh dimensional energy field. We call for a strong energy field of the seventh dimension. And as your stargate radiates these gentle energies around you, Relax, Totally relax into this soft energetic. And as you do so, Your own energy, Your vibration will gently rise and will begin to harmonize with those energies around you. Nothing to do, It happens all by itself. And we invite all those who have done these meditations with us to hold this field and to share it with the thousands of other new people who have joined us in this week. So you are a receiver and a transmitter for the quantum field. Feel this. You are vibrating with the seventh dimensional frequencies. And with your intention, You can broadcast these higher frequencies into the field. So we continue now to vibrate all the stargates faster and faster, Moving up into the eighth dimensional frequencies, Moving quickly now through the ninth into the tenth. And as we continue to vibrate faster and faster, We move through the eleventh dimension and into the twelfth. And so your stargate is now vibrating at a twelfth dimensional level. And we ask each one of you to invite a strong twelfth dimensional energy field. We call for a strong twelfth dimensional energy field in all the etheric stargates and all the physical stargates around the world. Thousands upon thousands upon thousands of them, All connected, All vibrating together. Very good. And again, As you relax into this field, Your energy gently rises effortlessly, And you find yourself in this frequency, In harmony with the vibrations around you, Just by relaxing, Just by allowing, Not trying, Simply being. And in this field you become more sensitive to the guides, The masters, The angels, All those beings who are available to assist you in your awakening process. Hmm. And so let us invite the presence, Once again, Of the Elohim Council of Angels. We call for the presence of the Elohim Council, These angels who oversee the stargate work. And can you feel, For they are already bringing their energy into this global meditation, Into this moment of now, Whenever and wherever you are, Just feeling the support of the Elohim. Invite them to come closer, If you wish. Come closer. Come closer. Bring more of your presence here. Very good. Beautiful. And we are going to invite you to ask inside now for the presence of your personal guides. Understand there are beings who know you intimately, Some loved ones you have known in this lifetime, Others spirit guides who have been with you for eons. And so feel in your heart, Would you like to connect to your guides? And so just asking inside for your personal guides. You do not have to know them. You do not have to name them. In fact, Just asking is all that is necessary. They know. And just feel. Feel now, As so many beings join this global meditation. And as you connect to each and everyone participating in this meditation, You are also connecting to the love and support of all the guides from all these people. Indeed. So in a moment we are going to move into an inner child experience. And so let us say a few things about this. For we are now in the quantum field, In this 12th dimensional energy. We invite each one of you just to have the intention of being in the quantum field. Just the intention is all that is needed. It is difficult for the mind initially, But just visualize yourself floating in the blackness. The blackness beyond light and dark. The blackness beyond good and evil, As so many people think of light and dark. No, This is the blackness of the void. This is the blackness of no-thing-ness. This is the energetic of pure potential. The energy of spirit. You are floating now in the frequencies of spirit. Very good. And we are going to invite you now just to ask inside for one of your inner children to come and be with you in the quantum field. And just ask. Do not expect your little girl or your little boy to come at a certain age. Do not think of a particular problem that you wish to resolve. Simply ask your inner child to come and be with you. And see if you can sense them. So for those this is new, We invite you just to allow for the possibility that if you genuinely ask to connect to yourself at an earlier age, Then that self from the earlier age can respond to you. See if you can sense or feel their presence with you. Those who are fortunate enough for the inner vision, You can see your inner child. And for those of you who do not have a clear inner vision yet, We suggest you feel-see. You can sense them without seeing them. The inner vision, The inner senses are a little different from your physical senses. They take a little while to tune into. And so all those people who are familiar with this process, Connect to the field. Connect strongly. Share your understanding. Share your connection with your inner child. So that all those who are finding this new are supported by your energy also. And so we are going to invite all of you to have an openness, A receptivity, And now asking inside for the living presence of your inner child to come to you. Asking your inner child to bring their presence to you at whatever age, Whatever moment in time is most appropriate. And so just feeling the little one as they come to you. And just tune into them. Just feel their presence in whatever way you can sense. And as you tune into them, How are they feeling right now? Are they happy? Are they sad? Are they joyful? What are they doing? Are they running around? Are they sitting, Seated? Are they playing somewhere? Just tune in. What are they doing? How are they feeling? Because we are doing this with a large number of people, We are going to be very general. There are many programs we have created for the inner child which get very specific. But right now, Just tune in to your little one. And now imagine yourself in that picture with the little one. See yourself there. That moment that the little child is bringing to you. And we suggest that you sit down a little distance away from them. Imagine yourself seated, Watching the little one. And then saying to them, Hey, I am here. I love you. I am here. I love you so much. You are so special. I would really, Really like to give you a hug. Can I hold you? And so as you visualize, As you imagine this connection, See yourself just opening your arms and inviting the little one to come and sit in your lap. Do they come? Or do you need to persuade them a little more? Maybe they are not trusting you yet. If this is the first time you have connected, They may be a little suspicious. So convince them, I love you, Please. I am sorry I have not been with you before, But I am here now. And so invite the little one to sit in your lap. Put your arms around them. And gently hug them. Connecting deeply if they are with you. Allowing your energy to nourish the little one. And just feel as the inner child responds to you. And beloveds, Understand if there is a strong emotion or a hesitation within the little one, They need to be understood. They simply are requiring for you to receive a message about what they are going through. Perhaps the message is, I don't trust you, Where have you been? And if that is the case, You can say, Oh, I understand. It has been a difficult life. I did not know before that I could connect with you in this way, But I am here now. I want to evolve. Can you help me? I will help you, And you can help me, And together we can grow. Or if there is simply a sadness, And they are wishing to be in isolation, You can just allow the little one to be as they wish to be. And you can send them the energy of total acceptance. You can meet them and say, Yes, I have felt so sad also. I understand because I am here. We are just going to allow this emotion, And we are going to see as we allow it. There is a beauty in it. For beloveds, There is much sadness. You have been born into an unconscious society, Just fresh out of the dark ages. So you can tell the little one, We are here now in the Stargate morphogenetic field. We are here now in the quantum energies. We are here now bathed with spirit. This is the torch of higher consciousness we came here to share. This is our moment to become empowered, To shine the light of oneness. And the light of oneness requires for us to be at one. So I am here for you. Beautiful. And so, Beloveds, As you hold this little one, As you gently stroke their back or gently rock them, Let them feel that you love them. Let them feel that you wish to take care of them. Let them know that this is not a one-time experience, But you wish to be with them regularly. Because this allows them to trust you. Sometimes your child in a child is very happy, Very glad to see you. And you can play together. You can experience their joy, Their celebration. They are happy to see you. Sometimes they are very sad. Sometimes there is something which is troubling them. And when something is troubling them, This is the moment that you can assist them. Ask them, What is it? And maybe you can connect and sense what was happening in those earlier years. What is the situation that has depressed them, That has shut them down in some way? And as you, The adult, Begin to see the situation that has shut them down, You can bring your understanding. You can explain to them, Hey, This is what was happening. It was not your fault. You did nothing wrong. This is so important for the inner child to understand. Love them. And as you hold them, Explain to them your adult understanding of what happened in their past. When your child is very young, They do not understand the words that you speak. But they understand the feeling that you share with them. The feeling that you are sharing with them needs to be, It is all right now. We are safe. You do not need to be concerned about this anymore. It is not going to happen again. I am with you. I am taking care of you now. Your adult understanding is important. As you explain with words, What you are doing is those words are creating a vibration within you. And it is that vibration of explanation, That vibration, Everything is okay. We misunderstood the situation. No need to be worried about it anymore. That is the feeling you are transmitting to the inner child. It is that feeling that allows them to release that which they have been holding for so long. So, Beloved ones, Understand, Be with your inner child right now. Be fully present. Can you feel the intelligence? Can you feel that they are connecting you with your true feelings, Your true emotions, With memories from your past? They are connecting you with a bridge to resolving some of the very deepest issues within. Understand that the child learns in the complete picture, The full understanding. The brain of the child is holographic as such. The little one learns by understanding fully. And so we suggest as you explain your adult understanding to the child, That you hold the complete picture. What was happening in your parent's life, That you now understand that the child could not hold the complete picture. Who was your mother, Your father as a human being? What were their challenges? Transmit to them holographically the information they are needing to understand in order to let go. Because the child has just come from the oneness, The immense love of spirit. They are accustomed to being held in the energy of complete understanding. They are accustomed to vibrating with pure, Creative, Loving energy potential. And they so often have an inner desire that is so deep to bring that love into this world. The little one very often has a knowingness within that if only their parents would listen deeply enough, They could heal the issues, The problems, The past of the parents. The inner child so often has a knowingness that they could unlock massive creative potential in the lives of the adults and the siblings all around them. Can you feel? Ask your inner child if this is true for them. Ask them what are the gifts they were wanting to bring to their family. Because very often a kernel, One element of this feeling I am not good enough or this shutdown inside comes because the unacknowledged child feels depressed. So now you, The adult, You are aware spiritually. You are the key to allowing the thriving that the little one was longing to bring to this planet Earth. Can you feel this? Can your inner child perhaps start to perk up and say, Oh my gosh, Is this true? Are you going to support me now in bringing my vision, My clarity? And you can say to the little one, Yes, Absolutely. And for some children we can feel this is bringing a deep sadness. So if this is the case for your little one, Really allow them to feel it, Say it is okay. Of course you feel this way. This is just the letting go of the part of you who wanted so much to give, To give, To be a gift. So beloved, Ask your inner child if they are ready to be a gift to you. It will start with this relationship, You the adult, You the little one. Ask the little one, Would you like to help me become more alive, Become more alchemically activated, Capable of shifting my inner state, Capable of understanding my history, And letting go of that which no longer serves. Feel the little one. For many of you they are saying, Yes, Yes, Yes, I am ready. And so if this is the case, Allow the little one to send you, The adult, An energy right now. Whatever energy, Whatever gift, Whatever resource, Love, Compassion, Joy, Playfulness, Dancing, Bubbles of color and light, Whatever they are wishing to send you, Invite them to radiate this energy. And just notice, Because this energy is going straight into the quantum field. It is going not just to you, The individual adult, But to this collective. Can you feel this? As all your inner children are creating a collective bubble of energy right now. Feel this. Allow this to truly touch, To truly nourish you, The adult. Feel this. And so as you support the creativity, The aliveness of your inner child, You will start to notice this affecting you as the adult, If you continue to connect with the little one. And do not be surprised when you connect again and again that you connect with yourself at different ages. You might even find yourself connecting whilst you are in the womb. For when you are in the womb, You are being programmed very heavily, Very intensely, By your mother, Her emotions, Her understandings. And much of this is beautiful, But also it can contain the fear of your mother, The limitations of your mother's beliefs. And so even in the womb, There are things which need to be resolved, Let go of. And beloveds, Beyond the womb, Before you came in, This child, This beingness was simply the super conscious you. And so it is possible for your inner child, In the first few years of their being physical, They are still very connected to spirit, They are still very connected to their super conscious self, Your super conscious self, For it is the same. But you can sometimes ask your inner child to connect to their super conscious self, To bring through the wisdom, The understanding, The creativity. And in doing so, When they bring this through and share it with you, They give you another way of connecting more deeply to that real you, That super conscious self. There is so much that can be shared about the inner child. Right now, This is simply a little taste, A little pointer, So to speak. And we have created many programs to move very deeply into the understanding of how to work with the little one, And how to coax the stubborn one, And how to benefit from the joys and the clarity of the little one. There is so much, And so much freedom that can be created for you, The adult, As you interact and support the little one within. And so, Beloved ones, The process, The understanding, Is so simple. Connect to the living presence. Honor whatever moment in time, Emotions, Ideas, Stuckness, Or aliveness, Is wishing to come through the little one, Into your awareness. Understand the little one is actually very often so much more aware of their inner world. There can be something that happens in your adult life, And you could be grumpy for days, Or you could say, Oh, What is this touching within me? And you could turn inside and say, Okay, Inner child, Come to me. Show me any moment in time that is connected to this issue. Beloveds, Evolution is upon you. You are becoming super conscious, And yet, This is not a process of denying your humanness. This is a process of integrating the beauty of this human vessel. Your memory is something you are coming to understand, Is stored in the quantum field. And so, As you resolve your past, There is an alignment with your future. Beloveds, As you resolve limiting emotional, Mental, Physical, All of these burdens, These issues, You free yourself, You free your energy to draw in, To flow freely, To align with your conscious creation. And so, We are going to invite you right now to connect one more time very deeply with the little one. They have been listening to us. They are perhaps saying, Okay, Are you really going to connect with me? You can make a choice right now to simply connect with them every day for the next week or two, And see the aliveness this can bring, The resolution and the peace, The at-one-ment. And if you wish, Before we complete this meditation, Ask the little one if they would like to help you to call for the presence of your super conscious self, Your higher self, Your spirit. And so, We ask and invite each one of you and your inner child to ask inside for the presence, The energy of support of your super conscious self, So that you can feel this vast beingness that is the real you. And can you feel, For it is already coming to you, Can you feel yourself surrounded by an energetic, This is you, This is the real you, You supporting you, You energizing you. And your little one can feel this also. And just know, Beloved ones, There is so much available to you through your inner child. So thank them for being with you. And just say to them, Now we are going to listen to Prageet, To Julianne, And to people's comments. You can stay and listen if you wish, Or you can go and play whatever you wish to do. And so as you ask them this, Bring yourself back, Feeling yourself in your body, Feeling yourself very present in your body, Feeling the room around you, But also feeling the quantum field in the room around you, That blackness of the void around you. For your physical reality is held within the void. And slowly, Slowly, More and more people are beginning to see the quantum field with their eyes open. It reveals itself in different ways. So we invite you all now just to gently open your eyes, And look around your room, And just allow for the possibility that your room is not as solid as it appears to be. As you look around your room, Allow for the possibility that beyond it, And within it, Is the quantum field. Well, We can share that. Alcazar said that our higher self has the ability to subdivide into 12 aspects. Experiencing life in 12 dimensional realities. And your humanness is one of these 12. So what we call your super consciousness is the part that's tied to your humanness. And your higher self is that vastness that is. . . Also tied to your humanness. Also tied to your humanness. And the higher self and the soul, Alcazar says, Are just two names for the same entity. Okay, So Connie is saying, At first, My inner child was very sad. I don't belong here, She said. Later, When Julianne was speaking and as I talked with her, She got up and began skipping around. She had rainbows all around her and she was happy and she's here now. It can disappear in moments. So don't expect it to take a long time. This is also the beauty of the inner child. She's connected you in with so many layers of what was difficult for you in those experiences. As adults, It's like we've just learned to cope. We're like a closed door. But as those layers come up, You're freeing yourself. It's so beautiful. It's so deep. Allow for the possibility that it can transmute way faster than you would think but also be with the little one through the process and honor her because that is her genius. So Alessandra is saying, My little girl missed me and together we looked at the sun. And Rita is saying, I met my inner child at a different age. It was so painful. She turned her face from me and I'm crying. I will work with her. She was wearing a pretty purple dress. I remember that dress. I have to work on this one as I've done wonders with a younger inner child. Yes. Don't see it as work. I know that's a word that we use a lot, New age, Work. Be with her. Allow it just to be fun. Allow it to be loving. And you can invite that younger inner child who you've worked with a lot to help in the process of being with her. And Adjura is saying, I felt resistance to work with the inner child. That's fine. That's great. Ask the little one, What is this resistance? The resistance is so often just a natural part of what we go through when we're doing inner work. It's like, Don't let it deter you. It's almost like the resistance is like climbing the mountain to that moment where you allow. And then after the allowing, You get to roll down the other side into love, Compassion, Insight, Transmutation. And Nali is saying, Can everyone connect with their inner child, Children? Absolutely. Sometimes it's a little more difficult at first because the mind thinks, Oh, This is crazy. Oh, This is really cool. How can this work? So I have this astrology app and I just got a notification. It says the moon is conjunct Chiron. The wounded healer wants you to tap into your own remedy wisdom. Oh, That's perfect. That's so cool. And Rampsey, I'm not sure how to pronounce your name, I'm sorry, Is saying, I felt and I was with my inner child for the first time. I felt the abandonment that he experienced. Thank you. So Rampsey, Be with him again and again. Hold him. Let him feel you. Let him know that he's no longer abandoned. Because that abandonment, That aloneness is somehow affecting you in your adult life. And as you let the little boy know that you're there and you're with him, You might find that something changes in your adult experiencing. And Kelly is saying, My little girl sat on my lap and we held each other ever so tightly. We cried, Sobbing together, And I felt this great stuck energy releasing, Feeling lighter and happier together. We want to play, Laugh, Have fun, Create, And have animals. I love it. So this is a really important element of the inner child work, Play. And I've actually heard a quote that play is the opposite of trauma. I think Mastin Kipp is the one who said that. My brother told me about it. But I was like. . . What is it again, Jules? Play, The energy of play is the opposite of trauma. So let the inner child tell you and guide you what they want to do. Bring that joy. Let them draw with you or dance with you or cook with you. Or adopt a puppy together. Well, What Alcazar said many times, He said, When you go shopping, Ask the little child what would you like to eat. And buy it and eat it and consciously invite them to eat with you. The inner child is reminding me that she likes blueberries. Susanna is saying, I was able to dissolve the guilt of my younger inner self. That's beautiful. But stay with that one because guilt can manifest in many different ways. So go a little deeper with her. Perhaps there's a little more now that you can uncover and resolve. So lots of different comments coming in now. It's beautiful. And Maria is saying, My child is very angry because one grandfather did abuse her and all the other adults pretended not to see her and her pain. Yes, Annemarie, That's very common, Unfortunately. But you love her. You explained to her that your grandfather was very unconscious. Explain to her that now you are there. You love her. You understand her pain. And together you can let it go. Okay, So we're coming to the end again. This is a really cool comment though from Ursula. My inner child gave me our sacred signal how to connect very quickly. She gave me a magic wand and asked to wave this and voila, Connected we are. She said that we are magicians. So Ursula, I love that. You already know how real and powerful that is. I can feel you. But for everyone else, Understand the little one has the ability to speak energy. Okay, So that magic is real. And I don't just mean like, Oh, It's real, Let the inner child fantasize that it is. It's like the inner child can connect to the quantum field and create. And that is essentially magic. When I do essence of life work, It's like energy healing modality, So often my inner child will come in and do very specific energy work and I just let her do her thing because I can feel what she's doing. And she oftentimes will tell me messages about what's going on on an emotional level for the other person. So encourage that connection to develop, Like foster that. It is sacred. It's something that's connecting you again to some of your skills and abilities from beyond. One more comment from Flavia. She's saying my child always wanted a big brother to defend her from danger, But I'm the firstborn and then I noticed that big brother is me now. Yay. So taking care of the little girl inside.
