Hello,
Do you?
We know you're tired.
And this practice is created to actually just be tired.
What if you let yourself be tired now?
What if you let your eyes close in whatever position you are in right now?
And then what if we come from a place where we don't have to fix our tiredness?
But where we can actually just be with it.
You can even now have a moment to tell your tiredness,
I am with you.
I am tired with you.
Is there perhaps a space inside of you that feels extra tender today?
Or maybe extra tired.
You can gently guide your awareness there.
Sensing it.
Noticing it.
Letting it know that you are right there.
Right there with that tender space inside of you.
And there is no need to fix it or change it.
It is just an invitation to be with it.
To see it.
I invite you to bring your breath in.
And to start guiding the breath towards the most tender or the most tired spaces inside of you.
Gentle,
Free-flowing,
Easeful breaths.
All the way towards your tiredness.
All the way towards your tenderness.
Nourishing it with the presence of your breath.
An easeful breath,
Nothing to shape or shift.
Letting the breath flow towards the most tender,
The most tired spaces of you.
Nourishing these spaces with the breath.
The breath and your awareness together.
Are like these little love notes.
As if you tell these spaces,
I see you.
I'm with you.
Now you're invited to guide the breath into other spaces.
Maybe it feels natural to start breathing into the whole of your body.
Or maybe there are specific spaces that need your breath right now.
Maybe there are spaces you haven't quite breathed towards that could really benefit from your loving,
Nourishing breath.
Breathing wherever the breath takes you.
Gentle,
Smooth,
Soft,
Easeful breaths.
Now as the breath continues to flow on its own wise cadence.
Come and let your awareness travel to a space inside of you that feels restful.
A space inside of you that feels calm.
Could be any part of you.
Allowing yourself to rest your awareness there for a little while.
That restful space inside of you.
Sensing that restful part of you.
There is that space inside of you that is calm.
That is restful.
That is always there to come home to.
Letting yourself rest here for a moment in that restful space inside of you.
Perhaps it can give a sense of trust or hope that in all the tiredness,
There is a space inside of you that is restful and calm.
And it's right there.
We will slowly now travel back into the whole of you.
The whole of you.
Where there is nothing that you need to do,
Nothing that you need to fix.
Just allowing yourself to be where you are.
Right now.
And from coming back to the whole of you,
We close here.
And we close with a big,
Big yawn.
So you can breathe in first and then yawn it all out.
Thank you for sharing your tiredness with us.
And thank you for choosing to nourish it here through a pause in the here and in the now.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
