Grounding meditation helps you ground down to Mother Earth. Focusing on breathing, relaxation, and gratitude. We practice deep breathing, connecting to Mother Earth through the roots in our feet. Then we also imagine attaching our tails deep into Mother Earth grounding us. We think upon things we are grateful for and tap into the Joy of our Journey.
