I work with women and couples from pre-conception all the way through pregnancy, birth and motherhood. I offer fertility support by helping you to regain balance in your life and identify areas which may require change. I will support you through each stage of your fertility journey and teach you techniques which will be invaluable to you. I teach my own hypnobirthing antenatal course which aims to help couples understand the birth process and all the ways they can influence their birth. They feel confident and in control, which helps them to have a positive birth experience. I also teach pregnancy yoga and relaxation, as well as new mums yoga classes which always involve a cuppa and a chat about the highs and lows of motherhood.
