This is part of my daily morning routine and one that I often find myself suggesting to clients who are experiencing a period of stagnancy, freeze, and stuckness. As lymph within the body begins to find greater flow, because of how pervasive it is through the body, it is often accompanied by a greater sense of lightness and embodiment, which sets us up well for meeting our day ahead. This practice is from Dr Perry Nickleston, who I've been fortunate to learn from. Do hydrate well before and after this practice, and note that it is not advisable if you are pregnant, have heart issues, acute infections, or have been diagnosed with cancer.
