You don’t have to know how things will work out. You’re simply invited to explore what happens when you stop assuming they won’t.


Meet your Teacher

Teresa McLean is a Registered Massage Therapist, meditation guide, and creator of The Quiet Becoming. With over two decades of experience working with the nervous system through body-based care, Teresa supports people in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and finding steadiness during times of transition. Her work integrates trauma-informed principles, somatic awareness, and gentle mindfulness, offering practices that are accessible, calming, and deeply human. Teresa’s teaching style is rooted in presence rather than performance, emphasizing safety, self-trust, and compassion over striving or self-improvement. What If It All Works Out reflects both her professional background and her lived experience of learning to soften urgency, release pressure, and trust the unfolding of life.
