Super Quick Daily Gratitude Meditation

This Gratitude Meditation can be done to begin your day or end your day. Gratitude is a simple and joyful way of raising your vibration on a regular basis. You can repeat this practice as often as you wish.

Welcome to this super quick daily gratitude meditation.

This meditation can be done in the morning to set up your day or in the evening before you go into the dream time.

And open body,

Open mind.

Soften and relax with your breath.

Inviting in the light of the universe from 360 degrees from the horizon.

Inviting light into your body,

Into all cells of the body on the in-breath.

And on the out-breath releasing anything you've taken on from the 3D matrix,

Any lower energies you need to release,

Sending them back to the universe,

Back to the universe.

Allowing more of your own natural soul's light to return to you.

Follow that cycle of breath,

On the in-breath the invitation of light.

A higher light,

A higher vibration into the cells,

The bones,

The blood,

The organs,

The systems of the body.

And on the out-breath the release,

The purging of the lower out from your system,

Your body.

Allowing space for more of your own natural light to return to you.

Following that cycle of breath,

The invitation of light and the release of lower energies.

And I call to you,

Your team and spirit of the highest light and resonance,

Your highest self,

Monadic self,

Or angels,

Archangels,

Or Elohim,

Seraphim,

Or star guides,

Star races,

Star councils,

Or guides,

Whether human,

Animal spirit guides,

Or other dimensional guides,

Come be with you,

Come be with you.

Very quickly calling the directions of the horizontal plane to the east,

Raphael,

Archangel of Air.

The symbol,

The caduceus,

And the energy,

Emerald Green Fire.

Invite the angel of Emerald Green Fire into the space to hold you,

To hold you.

To the south is Michael,

Archangel of Fire,

The element of fire.

Symbol of flaming Sword of Light and the energy,

Electric Blue Fire.

Invite the angel of Electric Blue Fire into the space to hold you,

To hold you.

And breathe and open.

To the west,

Gabriel,

Archangel of Water of the Dreamtime.

The symbol of Silver Chalice or Cup and the energy,

Diamond White Fire.

Invite that angel of Diamond White Fire into the space to hold you,

To hold the space.

The fourth angel is Uriel,

Archangel of Earth.

The symbol of Gold and Pentacle and the energy,

Ruby Red Fire.

Invite that angel of Ruby Red Fire into the space to hold you and to hold the space.

Four angels,

Four energies and open and breathe,

Open and breathe.

And to the above space,

Metatron,

Archangel of the Great Central Sun.

The symbol of Gold and Infinity Sign and the energy,

This Golden White Fire.

Invite down with your breath,

Golden White Fire through the Stargate of our Sun down into the room,

Sealing the room.

The walls,

The floor,

The ceiling,

The doors,

The windows.

Closing it off in a higher vibration of light.

And bring that energy down through the crown that opens a great sphere of light.

Down through the third eye that opens a great sphere of light.

Down through the throat that opens a great sphere of light.

Down into the heart that opens a great sphere of light,

Opens.

Anchoring that grid in the heart.

Closing the inner channel from the heart upwards to the Great Central Sun and breathe and open.

And to the earth below,

Archangel Sandathon of the Diamond White Crystalline Grid.

And the symbol is a white rose.

Invite up that energy of the Crystalline Grid up into the room.

Up to the feet.

Into the space.

Invite that energy like a rising tide up through and around the legs to the base that opens a great sphere of light,

Opens.

Up to the sacral that opens a great sphere of light,

Opens.

Up to the solar plexus that opens a great sphere of light,

Opens.

And up to the heart that opens.

Anchoring that grid in the heart.

Opening the inner channel from the heart down to the core of Gaia.

The core of the Crystalline Grid.

And opening the inner channel between heaven and earth.

You are a channel of light.

You are a channel of light.

Six angels,

Six energies and open.

Expand your energy.

Change your light.

And in this expansive state bring to mind one happy memory that makes your heart sing.

One happy memory that makes your heart sing.

This memory is purely happy.

With no associations of anything lower,

Just happy.

And allow that energy to radiate out through your field as you bring to mind this one happy memory.

Bring to mind one place in the world that makes your heart sing.

One place in the world that makes your heart sing.

And as you do so,

Allow your energy to expand and radiating this energy out into the world.

Your heart singing with this memory.

Think of one thing you did for another that makes your heart sing.

A small act,

A small gift perhaps.

It doesn't have to be big.

One thing you did for another that makes your heart sing.

And open and radiate.

Think of one thing another person did for you that makes your heart sing,

However small.

Could be a smile you received.

Or a hug you received.

Think of one thing or situation in your present that makes your heart sing.

One thing or situation in the present that makes your heart sing.

Think of one person in your life now that makes your heart sing.

Bring to mind one person in your life now that makes your heart sing.

And allow the radiance of this energy out into the world.

Think of something you dream of creating or doing that makes your heart sing.

Bring to mind something you dream of creating or doing that makes your heart sing.

And breathe.

And very quickly again running through the whole process.

One happy memory that makes your heart sing.

One place in the world that makes your heart sing.

One thing you did for another person that makes your heart sing.

Something another did for you that makes your heart sing.

One thing or situation in the present that makes your heart sing.

One person in your life now that makes your heart sing.

Something you dream of creating or doing that makes your heart sing.

And breathe.

And radiate out this level of gratitude in the world for all of these things in your life.

That have been or are present or will be.

And breathe.

And radiate out this level of gratitude in the world for all of these things in your life.

And I thank your team in spirit with the highest light and resonance.

All angels holding the space of gratitude for you.
