Forgiveness is the way, Forgiveness of self, Forgiveness of others, Forgiveness is a release of the old to make way for the new. I am releasing an old reality, An old vibration, An old world. I am now clearing and releasing all distorted programming, Patterning and imprinting, Which has led me to betraying my authentic light, Authentic power, Authentic truth. I am now clearing and releasing all distorted programming, Patterning and imprinting where I have allowed any form of limitation or glass ceiling on my authentic light, Authentic power, Authentic truth. Anywhere I have refused to see or hear the truth. I am now clearing and releasing all distorted programming, Patterning and imprinting that has negatively influenced my ability to create healthy boundaries. Anywhere I have allowed another to transgress, To step over the line, To hurt or harm me in any way. I am now clearing and releasing all distorted programming, Patterning and imprinting that has negatively influenced my behaviour. Anywhere I have pretended to be someone or something that I am not. Anywhere I have been stuck in unhealthy autopilot. Anywhere I have been stuck in people-pleasing mode. Anywhere I have been seeking to unhealthily rescue another. Anywhere I have stayed longer I knew I should in any unhealthy relationship.
