In This Moment May All Be Well

Welcome to my first offering at Insight Timer. This is a brand new instrumental I composed and recorded, inspired by a phrase I've held in my mind and heart for years; 'In this moment may all be well' - kind of like a universal prayer. The music is meant to help with centering and balancing. I hope you like it. Please share it. Oh my gosh, your first was fantastic! What a beautiful tune. This first took me on a journey in a car, no traffic, seeing signs of towns and snippets of other people’s lives, making up stories of their histories. Then I found myself skipping down a dirt road. Not a care in the world, just enjoying my surroundings. Then (yeah, I can travel a lot in 7 minutes) I was in a field of flowers. All varieties, all colors, all fragrances and as the wind blew lightly, it intensified all of the colors and scents. And lastly, I ended up on my back deck, staring out in the woods, remembering how wonderful of a life I have had and continue to have. I am truly blessed and sometimes all it takes is a beautiful tune and seven minutes to realize that. Thanks for sharing your gift. I look forward to many more. 💗🙏🏻🥰
