Begin by finding a safe,
Comfortable place where you will not be disturbed.
Sit or lay down,
Whatever makes you feel comfortable.
Now,
Take a deep breath and hold it for three seconds.
Exhale and relax your body.
Take another deep breath deep into your belly.
Hold it and count to three.
Exhale and feel the stress leaving your body.
Take another deep breath and hold it.
And as you exhale,
Say to yourself,
Relax now and feel your body relax fully.
This is your new solution to relieve stress.
Whenever you become stressed,
Simply take three full deep breaths in.
Hold them at the top of the inhalation for three seconds and then exhale to breathe out any stress.
On the third breath,
As you exhale,
Simply say to yourself,
Relax now.
Now,
Slowly blink your eyes as I count down from ten.
With each number I say,
Blink once.
Ten.
Nine.
Eight.
Seven.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Three.
Two.
One.
And zero.
Gently close your eyes and feel a wave of relaxation sweep over your entire body.
Now,
Relax your forehead.
Feel the tension melt away.
Notice how your eyes feel.
Relax your eyes.
Feel the tension around your eyes melt away.
Feel the air moving in and out through your nose with every breath.
Breathe in calmness.
Feel your body getting heavy and totally relaxed.
Breathe out any tension.
Very good.
Notice what you hear around you.
Try to hear every single noise.
When sounds come into your ears,
They act as little waves of relaxation,
Making you feel more and more relaxed.
Notice the sound of my voice and how soothing it is.
From here on,
You will only hear my voice guiding you.
All other sounds only take you deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.
Notice how your mouth feels.
Notice the flavor of something you recently ate.
Maybe imagine biting into a fresh slice of lemon.
Now your mouth waters.
Very good.
Notice your neck.
Release any tension.
Your neck feels relaxed.
Notice your shoulders.
And leave your attention slowly going down each arm all the way to each fingertip.
Notice what your fingertips are touching.
Feel the sensation on each fingertip.
Notice your chest.
Feel the muscles in your chest relax.
Notice your upper back.
Release any tension.
Feel your heart beating strongly.
Tumping energy into your whole body.
Relax your heart.
Notice how good that feels.
Notice your lungs.
Feel them gently expanding and contracting with your breath.
Delivering life-giving oxygen to your body.
Notice your belly and how it feels.
Just observe it working and digesting effortlessly for you.
Now notice your lower back.
Release any tension.
Notice your pelvis and hips.
Allow your focus to move down each leg.
Slowly relaxing them.
Your legs work hard every day and they deserve to relax.
You enter an even deeper state of relaxation.
Notice a wave of relaxation moving down to your knees all the way to your feet and the very tip of each toe.
Good.
You are doing so well.
Your body is very relaxed now.
I'm going to count down from 10 and with each number your conscious mind will relax even more.
Imagine you are walking down a set of stairs when I begin counting.
9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 and 0 Good.
It's natural that your conscious mind gives less and less importance to the words that I am saying.
Allowing your subconscious mind to be present right now.
From now on you choose to be relaxed.
You choose to be calm.
You choose to be in control of all you do because your health is very important to you.
It is natural for you to be healthy and happy.
It is unnatural for you to have sickness and misery.
Now hear yourself saying each day in every way I get better and better.
Whenever you have a negative thought,
Acknowledge it and release it.
Whenever another negative thought arises,
Catch it quickly and say with confidence,
This thought does not help me right now.
Each day in every way you will feel better and better.
Whenever you feel stress,
Your breath is there to soothe and guide you into relaxation.
Every single day you become more and more aware of all the good things in the world around you.
Whenever you feel darkness surrounding you,
You will see the light when you take three deep breaths and relax your mind and body.
Each day in every way you will feel better and better.
From now on whenever you have negative unproductive thoughts,
You will immediately say to yourself stop and as soon as you say the word stop,
The negative thoughts will simply melt away.
This gives your mind the opportunity to start a new positive thought.
Notice how you feel right now,
Very relaxed and in control.
Now let's come to conscious awareness and remember everything positive you have learnt today.

Feel the relaxation and renewed energy.
