Hi, Welcome back. This is a 12-minute sovereignty activation meditation. It aims to anchor you into your field of divinity, Dissolve dependency, And align you to your rightful, Powerful, Inner command center. The one that lives deep within you. I'm known as Stephanie Karlovitz and I will be journeying with you today. I have found such solace in remembering my own power, My own ability to attain clarity and agency unconditionally. Today, I'll be your guide in achieving just that, For you. So let's get started. Taking a nice, Deep, Cleansing breath. On the exhale, Relaxing your body, Relaxing face muscles, Back of the head, Neck, Shoulders, And chest, Back of the heart, Belly, Your seat, Front of your pelvis, Legs, And toes. Today, We remember our sovereignty and we let go of any time we have forgotten it. Deep breath in and out. I invite you to repeat after me. I, And say your full name, Am present, Am whole, And complete. All of me is here. All of me is here. Now, Bringing your awareness to where your body feels the support of the earth. Follow the support you feel until it touches the earth. Feel the chair or the floor. Knowing it's connected to a level or a floor in your home or in your office or maybe the grass. You connect it to the roots and the soil. Whatever it is for you, Following it down, Down, Down until you anchor in to the earth's support at its deepest level. You may feel so grounded and so supported that you feel at one with the earth itself. As we mesh with the spirit of the divinity that is earth herself, Maybe we imagine her sovereignty, The ability of earth to create all that it creates, To do so every day without pain or contempt, Without limitation. It just does it. It follows the sun. It roots down. It bends with the winds. It reproduces and creates variety. It is seemingly joyful and easeful and productive all at once. So may we connect with that intelligence. Feel your body as the soils of the earth. Feel your waters, The ones within you, As the rivers and creeks and deep oceans. Of our mother earth. Feel your skin. Feel your hair as the forests, The bright green lush healing forest, The ancient forests, The jungle forests, And the bare ones too. The grasses and the meadows and the flowers are you. And feel her air, The cleansing mist, The refreshing crisp air that is within you too. Feel how her winds cleanse herself. Feel how breath can just wash away thoughts, Carry them somewhere else, Cleans them, Purifies them, Recharges them. In a moment, Feel the sovereignty of you as a unique emanation of the one divine spirit and the one earth that we are. Simply be here, Continuing to feel the support, The presence, And your breath. Allowing the sovereignty of all that you are to remember itself, To activate something within you that has always been there but now grows in a more colorful way, In a more joyful way, A more freeing way, A more abundant, Just, And orderly way. As the earth, As the earth as you. See if you can soften a little bit more. Let the earth hold you a little bit more. Let the chair take your full weight. Let the ground hold you. Let us breathe in the strength and power of the one divine earth, The intelligence, The sovereignty, The direction, The authority. And let us breathe out all aspects of us that feel small or weak or dependent or any cords of dependency that might be coming to us from others. Let's just breathe that out and put that into the soil beneath us. We know that this, Whatever we release, That which is complete, That it is able to turn into something new. So we can imagine that new, New wildflowers, The meadows, The trees, The new waters pummeling down the waterfall. It's always new. New growth all the time. Repeating after me, I, Say your name, Am here, Complete, As me. I declare my sovereignty, Now, Across all timelines, Forever. And so it is. Amen. You are now complete. Blessings to you.
