Rose quartz meditation.

Deep within the Bresilly Hills,
You enter the rainbow crystal cavern and a drummer heralds your coming.
The air is sweet with the scent of freshly bloomed roses.
The walls are made of clear crystal points and a myriad of colors is reflected in their soft light.
You notice at your feet a softly glowing pink pathway of light.
The rose quartz angel is here and waits to greet you with a warm loving embrace.
If you have a special piece of rose quartz,
Now is a good time to hold it in both your hands on your lap or near your heart,
Whichever feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
The rose quartz angel gives you a big warm joyous hug.
She is so happy to see you at last.
She beckons you to sit or lie on the silk pink cushion and make yourself comfortable.
The angel then explains that rose quartz is a gemstone crystal dedicated to universal love.
It can help you to feel a strong sense of self-worth,
Therefore being worthy of love both for yourself and others.
It can also encourage a sense of calmness and inner peace.
The soothing pink color can cool us and slow us down enough to stop,
Look around,
And enjoy our inner and outer worlds.
