And this session will focus on healing and transformative benefits of the 528 Hz frequency,
Known as the Miracle Tone,
And the deeply relaxing properties of the 174 Hz frequency.
Ensure you are in a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
And that you won't be disturbed for the next 30 minutes.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of five,
And exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of five.
Feel your body relax more with each breath.
Let's do this a few more times.

And allow your breath to just find its own rhythm,
Sway into the music.
And then soon you'll notice that your breath just finds its own,
That soothing and calming for you.
Now,
Let's perform a body scan to bring relaxation and awareness to each part of your body.
Let's start by focusing on your toes,
And release any tension right into the toes.
Where tension goes,
Energy flows.
Now move your awareness up to your feet,
Your ankles,
Your calves and knees.
And feel each muscle relax as you focus on it.
Just breathe in,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Move up to your thighs,
Your hips.
And just feel a warm,
Relaxing energy flowing through these areas,
Releasing any tightness or stress.
Just releasing.
Peaceful.
Now bring your attention to your chest,
Your upper back,
Your shoulders and your arms.
And let the relaxation flow down through your arms,
To your hands,
To your fingertips.
It's like you have wings and they're just flying,
They're so light.
Now finally focus on your neck,
Your jaw,
Your face.
You can unclench that jaw,
Relax the cheeks.
Let the eyes fall back into their sockets.
Focus on the top of your head,
And just feel it relaxing and softening.
Just allow any remaining tension to just melt away.
Everything softening.
Safe.
Secure.
Surrender.
Surrender.
Safe.

Your entire body is now relaxed.
Now,
Let's call upon the angels to assist us in this meditation.
Imagine a soft white light surrounding you.
And feel the presence of your angels and your guides here to support you with their loving energy.
Silently invite them in saying,
Angels of light and love,
I welcome you into this space.
Please assist me in opening and healing my heart chakra.
And fill me with divine love and guidance.
And thank you for your presence.
And feel their gentle,
Nurturing energy surrounding you,
Bringing peace.
Place your hands gently over your heart center,
Located in the middle of your chest.
And visualize a bright green light glowing at your heart center.
Expanding with each inhale and radiating warmth and love.
Now,
Focus on the 528 Hz frequency,
Often known as the miracle tone.
And allow its soothing vibrations to flow through your body,
Focusing on the heart center.
And as you listen,
Feel the green light growing stronger and more vibrant.
Filling your entire being with love and healing energy.
And silently repeat the mantra,
I am love.
Next,
Bring your attention to the 174 Hz frequency,
Known for its deep healing properties and pain relief.
And visualize this frequency as a gentle,
Warm wave washing over your body.
Starting from your heart center and spreading outwards.
And feel the 174 Hz vibrations easing any physical discomfort and promoting a sense of deep relaxation and tranquility.
And as you focus on this frequency,
Allow your heart to open further.
Releasing any blockages and inviting in pure healing energy.
The air is fresh and the sun is shining warmly.
And in the center of this garden is a magnificent tree with lush green leaves and blossoms of pink and white.
Approach the tree and feel its strong loving presence.
Place your hands on the trunk and feel the connection between your heart and the tree.
And allow the tree's energy to flow into you.
Filling your heart with love,
Compassion and forgiveness.
And spend a few moments here,
Absorbing the tree's loving energy.
And feel yourself becoming connected to your own heart.
Now silently or aloud,
Repeat the following affirmations.
I am open to giving and receiving love.
I forgive myself and others with ease.
My heart is filled with compassion and kindness.
And as we slowly begin to bring this session to a close.
I want to set a personal intention for healing and love in your life.
And hold this intention in your heart as you continue to breathe deeply.
Feeling the energy of the affirmations resonate.
Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feeling the connection between your heart and the earth.
