Beloveds, I am proud to present my next beautiful Shiva mantra breath movement-meditation, dance/trance experience. "Om Namah Shivaya” means “I offer my salutations and bow to you Lord Shiva.”; responsible for the creation, upkeep, and destruction of the world. Shiva's role is to destroy the universe in order to re-create it. This mantra is related to awakening and replenishing our root chakra. Lord Shiva wears a tiger skin which symbolises the victory of the divine force over animal instincts.
