Great music for a short meditation. It was especially valuable today as I did a particular visual meditation focusing on the Rune Hagal.

Oh my gosh, I’m so glad I discovered your yellow cassette. Your tracks are so easy to melt into, right from the beginning. Floating. It’s exactly what I felt like. The center (probably more like the quarter mark) of this got a tad dark, and it gave my belly a little squeeze, but it wasn’t long and light came back. Sort of like life, I guess. It’s never all sweet music and birds singing around your head, we all have sorrows, regrets, pain, but somehow, we usually manage to get through and past it and the sun comes out again and that’s how this felt. When the light came back in your track, this felt like love. Warmth. A great ride. Thanks for sharing. Your tracks really make meditation easier. More productive. 💗🥰🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hmmmm. This was different. This had a feel of waiting to it. Maybe because I was waiting for the music to become a constant sound. I’m not complaining or criticizing, I loved this, but that was what I expected to happen (this to morph into a constant sound) and when each time it didn’t, I’d wait to see if it happened the next time. Funny though, there was the sound of, almost like a favorite vinyl record that has scratches on it, the needle hitting the scratches? That crackling sound? Not sure if it was intentional sounds, but they became my focal point (so I loved them). Then as the music came and went, it was like being on a slow swing. Back and forth. Like someone took me by the hand, trying to take me somewhere I wasn’t truly down with, so I was pulling back, a pull forward, me pulling back, a pull forward, me pulling back. This is when I thought the other sounds, sounded like gravel crunching under feet. Thanks for sharing. Thanks for allowing me to review my meditation. I love your art. Thanks for being. 💗🥰🙏🏻
