Using simple guided meditations and physical movement the student will be guided on some basic qigong practices as well as a complete qigong form called Chinese Essence Qigong.


Meet your Teacher

Solala has been practicing and teaching qigong for over thirty years. He is a founding board member and past president of the National Qigong Association and is author of 12 books on the Daoist arts. Perhaps most importantly, he was able to cure his auto immune disease (CFIDS) with qigong. In addition, he leads groups to the sacred mountains of China to study taiji, qigong and Daoist meditation.

Guan Yin Healing Meditation

Guan Yin, "She Who Hears The Cries Of The World," is an ancient image of the loving, compassionate nature of the universe. Many people in the West do not know of her origin as a male deity in India, who became a female deity in China! This guided meditation helps us to connect to her presence and fill our body and being with her healing nectar.

Embracing The Moon and Sun Qigong

Thank you for this wonderful course. I was skeptical that I could do a visual practice with only audio, but Solala was very descriptive and I could easily follow most things. This was a great introduction to Qigong and I’m looking forward to doing more.
