Sleep Sanctuary was created following a personal struggle with stress and insomnia. After working as a teacher in a high-pressure school environment, ongoing mental overload began to affect sleep, leading to restless nights and constant fatigue. In searching for a solution, James turned to meditation, calming audio, and simple nightly rituals. Over time, these practices helped restore natural, consistent sleep and a healthier relationship with rest. Sleep Sanctuary now shares these tools with others who feel wired, overwhelmed, or unable to switch off at night. Each meditation and soundscape is designed to gently quiet the mind and support deep, natural sleep - without pressure or force. A calm, steady space to unwind at the end of the day.
