Just Breathing

In this meditation, we’ll just bring all of our attention to the simple act of breathing. Following the breath all the way in as it flows down into the belly, and all the way out as it releases and empties from the body. Focussing on the breath in this way is not only an excellent method for training our attention, but it’s also a great way to settle into a state of calm and relaxation. Please take care not to follow this meditation whilst driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where it is not safe to close your eyes and relax. Thank you so much for practicing with me.
