Metta - Heart Opening Prayer

Metta is from a Pali word meaning “good will” or “loving kindness.” Metta prayer is designed to intentionalize good wishes and a sense of benevolence for oneself and others. It's a prayer for the self, prayer for your loved ones, prayer for those in your town and country, and prayer for the world.
