My name is Shane and I'm here to guide you today as we take a few moments to prepare for the day ahead with clarity and intention.
Find yourself a place to sit comfortably with your spine tall but relaxed.
Take a moment here to adjust.
Once you have found that spot,
Close your eyes and take a deep inhale through the nose and hold,
Exhale completely as you reach the end of your breath exhaling,
Hold,
Two more times inhale,
Continuing your deep breath as you feel the gentle rhythm of your breath waking up your body,
With each breath breathing deeply into your belly,
Imagining a warm golden light filling you with energy,
And on each exhale releasing any heaviness or tension.
Inhale energy and vitality,
Exhale anything you no longer need.
Inhale energy,
Exhale letting go,
As you begin to picture the sun rising in a clear sky,
Its warm ray spreading light and life across the world.
Imagine the sunlight flowing into your body,
Lighting up your heart and radiating outward.
Feel its warmth energizing every part of you,
Preparing you for a vibrant day.
As you silently repeat these affirmations,
I greet this day with energy and positivity,
I am grounded,
Focused and ready for what lies ahead,
I carry light and strength with me wherever I go.

Opening your eyes,
You might take your hands and rub them together to get some warmth into your hands and place them gently over your eyes.
When you're ready,
Removing your hands as you're beginning to feel more awake,
Refreshed and ready to embrace the day.
