I'm gonna invite you now to drop into your heart.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze,

Whatever feels safest for you.

We're just gonna sit here together for a few breaths,

Leaving behind everything that happened before now and everything that's still left to do.

We're gonna be with the body,

Feeling into each part from the top of our head to the tips of our toes.

And while we're breathing,

If we find any tension,

Any stress,

Any stuck energy,

As we exhale,

We lovingly invite that energy to leave now.

And from this place of openness,

We invite in the angels,

The guides,

The ascended masters,

The ancestors,

The animal messengers,

Those who are known and those who are unknown,

Who are walking alongside us in support of our highest good,

Our highest truth,

And our highest purpose.

And we ask that they come forward to hold this space and facilitate this journey for us today as we explore the themes of self-trust and reclamation.

Now from this place where your eyes are closed,

You can focus now on the inky blackness behind your eyes.

You can envision far off in the distance the teeniest,

Tiniest pinprick of light.

You watch as it starts to move forward,

Growing bigger,

Growing brighter,

Making its way to you until you are surrounded with light,

Where you are in this space of openness and possibility.

It's bright white.

Now in this space,

You find yourself holding one perfect daisy in your hands.

The petals are white and it has a cheerful yellow center.

And you take a moment holding this daisy and you're thinking about the moments where there was a loss of self-trust.

Now sometimes that comes from the stories you were told about who you were supposed to be and how you may not have lived up to those standards.

Your conditioning is here.

Any past mistakes or regrets or failures that caused you to self-abandon,

That caused you to self-reject.

All of these things contribute to these micro moments where we lose a little bit of trust in ourselves.

And as a result,

We disconnect from the wholeness of who we are and the knowingness that we hold in our wisest self.

Now each of the petals on this daisy represents a very specific moment.

And you might be able to recognize it,

And you might just have to be in a state of trust that as you release these petals that that energy goes with it.

You don't need to know what the petal represents in order for the release to take place.

So allow however this unfolds to happen for you organically.

There's no one right way to do this.

And so one by one we are going to pluck a petal and watch it drop to the ground.

And if there's anything that we consciously want to let go of,

That is tied to these moments of self-abandonment or loss of self-trust,

Then we can choose to do that now,

Petal by petal.

We pull them,

We pluck them,

We watch them gently float to the ground.

And as you're plucking,

You look down at the earth in front of you,

And instead of seeing a bunch of petals that have fallen,

You see little gems,

Little crystals.

And as you pluck the next petal and you watch it fall,

You see that the moment it touches the earth,

It turns into a gem.

Without rushing the process,

Continue to pull on the petals that remain on your flower.

One by one,

It is safe now to lovingly let them go.

And once you have pulled the last petal,

You look down at your feet and you see the light twinkling off each and every little gem and little crystal.

They sparkle in the sun.

They hold the light and the illumination that was lost in those moments.

And so you can bend down now and collect them all.

Scoop them up in your hands.

If there's too many,

You can put them in your pockets.

However it presents itself to you is exactly right.

And when you hold them in your hands,

You look down and the light has been absorbed by your being.

And what remains are golden seeds.

And each of these seeds represents a new opportunity to begin again.

Another opportunity to experiment,

Maybe even fail,

But this time without self-abandonment or self-rejection.

These golden seeds are new beginnings of self-trust.

Each one with the potential for immense growth.

Because the beautiful thing about daisies is that when you plant them,

They come back year over year.

And when you put them deep into the earth and you bury them in darkness,

They spread out underground.

They are strengthened in their shadows.

And if you look over to your right hand side,

You'll see that a beautiful garden has opened up.

And there's a beautiful white picket fence that has cordoned off this area that is just for you.

And the earth has been tilled and it has been fertilized and it is ready,

Willing,

And able to hold each of these seeds.

You can plant them now.

You can put them as close together or as far apart as feels right.

But each one goes in individually.

First a little dig,

Then you place in the golden seed,

And then you cover it with soil and you send it love.

And you do this simple intentional process over and over lovingly,

Putting your fingers into the earth,

Making space,

Offering the seed,

And then burying it.

You'll notice that the energy of this garden is almost elastic.

It can expand or contract to hold all of your seeds,

All of your intentions,

All of the trust that you are growing right now.

And if you start to run out of soil,

You'll notice that the garden expands and it brings new fresh earth.

This garden is here to greet you exactly where you are and be whatever you need it to be.

And so you dig a little hole and you place in your seed and you bury it and you send it love.

And once you have buried your final seed,

Sit yourself down in the center of the garden and give each of these buried seeds a blessing.

Offer it your love,

Your prayers,

Your intentions.

Give it your gratitude and thank it as though the things that it represents already are here because they are.

One by one you see these seeds start to sprout and the earth breaks with these tiny green stems popping up everywhere.

They start to grow in bunches and they start to expand until the next thing you know you are surrounded by more beautiful daisies.

More opportunities for growth,

For trust,

For reclamation.

Knowing that all of this is available to you and that the capacity is ever expanding as you learn and grow and expand yourself.

This is available to greet you wherever you are.

And if it feels right to pluck some of these daisies and bring them back with you,

Then you can.

And if it doesn't,

Then just know that anytime you need the reminder or anytime you need to be in the frequency of deep embodied self-trust that you can come back here anytime.

So you step out of the garden and you walk your way back through the wide open space until you find yourself back in the darkness,

Moving forward until you can feel that you're very close to the backs of your eyelids.

You come on back and take a nice big deep breath.

Feel it in your body and when you're ready open your eyes.
