That was awesome thank Sebastian! Every night, my four year old son listens to music fromInsight Timer to go to sleep. At the moment he is really into volcanoes so he asked for some volcano music. We found this! He loved it and we could easily picture the earth shaking, lava flowing and rocks falling. Thanks for creating this imaginative piece!

Wow. This was a fantastic piece. I’m not sure I got the lava flow, but this entered my ears and spun me around that deep droning sound until I was completely lost in it. I sit in butterfly to meditate and I didn’t realize how much tension I had pushing my feet together and squeezing my legs (this was like a carnival ride, full of fear and fun at the same time) until this started fading and I felt it and released it. It was amazing how much lower my knees went. I know that sounds counter productive, but sometimes it’s not. This was one of those times. I felt great after this. Thanks for sharing this. 💗🥰🙏🏻
