soooooo good!! Just what my brain and body neuro-system needed for activation and moving in synergy.
Most meditations for anxiety intend to provide soothing and calming which escalates my anxiety when it is due to my neuro system feeling frayed from destranding & reorganizing during change. This meditation was perfect in supporting and activating stimuli for change process in the literal brain. thank you ♡
