Very relaxing. I especially enjoyed the faint cry of the loon now and then in the background. I love the hauntingly beautiful cry of the loon. Wouldn't mind having a meditation where it's more dominant. 😊

Thank You! This has become my favorite meditation! I usually prefer unguided meditations, and sit silently. This has no voice guide, just a soothing soundtrack with some nature sounds and binaural beats that really help with internal and external distractions. I especially appreciate that, unlike most binaural beat tracks, it has a beginning and ending bell. I would love to have a longer one, just like this but 25-30 minutes!
