Explore MeditationSarah Herrington is a writer, writing teacher, yoga and meditation teacher. She has been teaching yoga, meditation and writing since 2010. Her own writing has appeared in the New York Times, LATimes, Yoga Journal, and other outlets and is the author of four books on yoga. She is the founder of OM Schooled, a yoga teacher training program and for several years helped establish the first Master of Arts in Yoga Studies in North America at LMU in Los Angeles, CA. She holds MFAs from NYU and Lesley University and currently teaches Mindful Writing Workshops privately, coaches writers who are doing some amazing things, and teaches writing at Fordham University. She's excited to share writing/ yoga/ meditation, in joy.
