That was very beautiful, sweet experience. Thank you. I felt the urge to actually dance, my hands and arms moved up and down, flowing with the visualised energies.

I am conscious of *wanting* sometimes, when I meditate - seeking relief, connection. I allowed my system to just be with the imagery and sensations; the sounds and breathing rhythm. Thanks for giving 'permission' a (reminder) to just be a fallible human, travelling as best I know how.
