Okay, the image that came to me through this practice is of a "pool" that is all of life on earth and it's surrounded on the edge by billions of light energy beings diving in and popping back out, merging and re-becoming new forms of life in a constant and continuous flow. Just as the cells of our bodies die off and are replaced, so too are the life forms of mother earth and so on and so on... continuous and infinite death and rebirth. Happy Easter! 😊🥚🐦🌷❤️

Wow,I’ve never done a practice like this before. I loved it. I felt a great deal of love and saw golden and white light swirling in a dance like action around my heart. It felt almost like an honour to be receiving the two beautiful light and love filled energies within my heart space. Thank you, I can’t wait to do this one again.

Felt very relaxed and even tired after this. I am recovering from shingles though. At the very beginning sneezed and sneezed which I rarely do (the shingles is around my eye and nose so it was interesting!)

I’ve done this again. No sneezing not so tired, but I’m having quite a few ideas about what I thought was me going with the flow, was actually me trying to control everything. This has to do with illness which there has been a lot of in my family, and trying to avoid it.

I stayed relaxed and centered afterwards and swirles of energy we coming into my body which I experienced in the past but for the first time I felt a definite activation of my sacral chacra with pulsating energy force. Thank you for this beautiful guidance 🙏 ❤️
