Greetings.
Greetings and welcome to the Giving Hands Meditation.
This meditation will use the power of your own hands to help you heal and get in touch with the love energy circuit.
Research indicates that physical touch releases oxytocin,
Provides a sense of security,
Soothes distressing emotions,
And calms cardiovascular stress.
Now sit or lay down whatever feels most comfortable.
Remove any tight clothing that might restrict the flow of energy and reduce bodily sensations.
Take a few deep breaths and relax into a natural breathing rhythm.
Feel as the music flows into your ears and creates a sense of calmness in your body.
Focus on your heartbeat as it pumps and circulates the blood through your body.
Feel as it travels through your arms and into your hands.
Really feel the sensations in your hands.
You may feel a tingling sensation on your palms and fingertips.
This is okay.
This is natural.
If the sensation becomes overwhelming or too uncomfortable,
Stop and clap your hands together to disperse the energy.
Otherwise,
Continue along to use this energy to complete the love energy circuit that will inevitably bring you into a state of healing,
Peace,
And unconditional love.
Move your hands up and place them on your heart,
Crossing the palms as you do so.
It doesn't matter which hand goes first.
Whatever you do naturally will be the right combination for you at this time.
Feel as the tingling energy moves from your hands and into your heart.
Feel as the flow of this energy synchronizes with your heartbeat.
Surrender yourself to the calm,
Steady flow of this energy circulating through your body,
Starting at the heart.
As it moves through your hand that is directly placed in your heart,
Up the arm,
Out into the body,
Down through the legs,
And back up again,
Returning through the other arm and flowing back in through your hand that is resting on top.
Allow this state to continue for a few minutes as you continue to build up energy within this love energy circuit.
Now with this healing energy that you have built up in your hands,
Place them on any part of your body that you may have discomfort in or feel the need to heal.
Continue to imagine that your hands are conduits for this energy to pass through and feel as it eases tension and removes stagnant energy from wherever they are placed.
When you have finished healing each area that you desire,
Bring your hands back to your heart and continue pouring this energy through your heart for a while.
Make yourself for this amazing ability to heal and become one with your entire self.
One final deep breath in and exhale.
Blow all of this energy out and bring yourself back to the present moment now.
Start moving your fingers and toes,
Stretch your arms,
Legs,
And back.
