So for this session you'll require a sheet of paper or preferably a journal and a pen or pencil whichever you feel comfortable with.
Now what's going to happen is we will be doing a lot of for each after each section I have about seven sections I believe we will do I'll hit the bowl you do a deep breath in through your nose hold down the questions and then I'll continue with the reading and later on after finishing the session or on another day whenever you feel comfortable just revisit the questions and complete them okay so two three four five exhale through your mouth for one two three four five six seven okay so this is the second exercise now this it's I have four questions in total so I will read them a little bit slower so that you can write them down now I will start with the first question who am I so who are you now the second question is what are my boundaries what ones do I currently have so what are your boundaries do you have any boundaries now the third question is what boundaries do I need to set for myself so it's what boundaries do you need to set for yourself now the fourth question is what boundaries do I need to reestablish and that's as simple as it gets what boundaries do you need to reestablish for yourself deep breath in through the nose hold for one two three four five exhale wrote as well that I'll be reading so everything flows nicely but I just want to put it out there and the cards that came out were unconditional love attention as well as gratitude so for the next three sections I will be reading regarding the the messages of the card okay so unconditional love free your heart from resentment towards others open the eyes of your heart and discover the light and never judge a book by its cover because we live in an era where catfishing is the biggest trend what happened to what happened to being your true authentic self and simply accepting that God has created us exactly the way he did for reasons bigger and better than we probably ever imagined love yourself for who you truly are put less focus on being able to fit to fit in trust in God and the universe to bless you with like-minded individuals in your life authenticity is the most suitable exercise for your mind body and soul this is the secret to allow God and the universe to align you with your life's purpose become more in tuned with your intuition as it always alerts you meditation and soul-searching so soul-searching will heighten your abilities to feel when something is right
