Welcome to this journey to reframe, reset and change your job seeking mindset for success. My name is Rob Simons and like you I was searching for the right position, role, job but with the wrong mindset. This practice has been developed as a collection, designed to help not just your job search, but also your mindset for everything that comes after. This is starting point to reframe, reset and change your mindset.

Transcript

With your eyes closed and your seated or lying position,

Let's bring your attention back to your breath.

Starting with three deep breaths,

We allow ourselves to sink deeper into a relaxed state.

Starting with a deep inhale,

Allow your attention to dissolve and melt away,

Slowly exhaling,

Pausing at the bottom of the breath.

And the next deep breath,

Again inhaling positive,

Clean and refreshing air,

Slowly exhaling,

Pausing at the bottom.

And the last deep breath in,

Slowly exhaling any remaining barriers,

Roadblocks or tension in your way,

Pausing at the bottom.

And now let your breathing return to normal,

And with your focus on your breath,

Allow your mind to open,

Grow,

Expand.

Your mind will wander,

And that is okay.

Acknowledge those thoughts and wanderings,

And let them go freely.

Don't try to force a clear head or mind or control anything,

Just allow yourself to unlock,

Throw right open the doors to your mind,

Allowing your thoughts to be free and flowing.

Pausing at the bottom of your breath will help calm your mind as well.

Continue with every exhale to drop your boundaries,

Expose your minds a little more,

Discover the soul's secret truths and solutions available to you.

Useful thoughts and solutions will come back to you.

With an open and listening mind,

Hear these words.

You are successful.

You know exactly what success looks like.

Your success is not like anyone else's.

Your limitations will melt away as you uncover and allow them to be free.

You clearly can articulate and understand your fears,

Why they scare you,

And what can be gained by moving past them.

You can clearly see that even though those fears are present,

They are not barriers to you becoming a success.

You started with enough.

You will always have enough,

And you will always be enough,

And it has always been so.

To discover this every day,

You are reframing,

Resetting,

And changing your mindset.

You are the owner,

The driver of your reframing,

Your resetting,

Your changing.

You are a power for good.

When your job seek,

Your seeking will grow,

Improve,

And change,

And you will find that you are always enough to achieve your success,

Conquer your fears,

And find that next position,

Role,

Job.

You will discover what works.

You are happy,

You are focused,

And you are enough.

You know what you want,

And you know what you want is already yours.

And now let's give thanks.

Facing on the feeling of gratitude,

Of being where you are,

And grateful for where you are going,

Give a heartfelt thankful to your God,

Your soul,

The universe,

And be reminded of all the gifts we have received already.

And as we come to the end of the meditation,

Bring your focus back to your breath.

Easily recall any and all of the positive,

Useful thoughts,

Challenges,

Solutions,

And gratitudes from today.

And now becoming more aware of your surroundings,

And the support underneath you.

Slowly move your fingers and toes.

Take a final deep breath in.

Slowly exhaling,

Pausing at the bottom.

Become aware of your surroundings,

And open your eyes.

And with your eyes open,

Take a big stretch like you're trying to touch the clouds.
