Thank you for being here now with me.
Let's sit,
Be and breathe together as one.
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down.
Gently tilt your chin towards your chest and gently close your eyelids and bring your awareness to your breath.
Follow it from inhalation to exhalation,
Allowing your body to soften with each successive breath cycle.
One round includes inhale and exhale.
So let's take six full intentional relaxing breath cycles together.
Now with your eyes still closed,
Let's do three more shared breaths together.
This time,
I would like you to direct your attention and thus your energy to the center of your chest or around your heart.
You can gently touch your chest if that helps bring your attention to it or visualize a white or gold glow around your heart.
So with each round of breath and your attention on your heart area,
Say in your mind or gently utter these words,
Loving,
Grateful,
Compassionate heart.
Do this for each round of breath.
So let's begin our three cycles.
Continue breathing and relaxing and being as I close with these lovely words from Ernest Holm from his book,

Infinite intelligence is my intelligence.
Divine love is my love.
Limitless freedom is my freedom.
Perfect joy is my gladness.
Limitless life is my energy.
If you speak the whole thing,
It will flow through and can only flow through to the degree that we open the way.
So meditate on these words,
Feel the truth of them in your spirit,
And may they sink into your subconscious and you know these as your rightful I am.
