This personal development program has five steps: Reset Day, Values Day, Vision Day, Insight Day, and Action Day. Each day has two parts: deep coaching and guided practice. The coaching session gives you step-by-step techniques for exploring key elements of your life and who you are (with guidance for extra reflection or journaling), and the guided practice session provides a meditative technique for deeper inner work (with a powerful tool for daily life). As an optional extra, there are also five sleep meditations to go with each day of the course, if you'd like to gently support your progress with some premium track sleep affirmations. You can do this course in five days or over a longer period - choose the best fit for you, and enjoy discovering your deeper journey.
