Testimonials

info

I am so profoundly impressed not only by the warmth and encouragement of Aimee and her team from The Dharma House, but the practice of Hatha Yoga and the safety cultivated in their studio has allowed me to feel safe to begin a healing journey, and undertake a complete shift in mindset and mental wellbeing I thought was almost unreachable given my experiences. If you are looking for a safe community to heal, grow, challenge yourself or just move more, I would highly recommend practicing yoga with the Dharma House. Thank you Aimee and team for supporting me on this evolving wonderful journey of growth!

Aimee is a warm, supportive and highly experienced teacher. Her studio, her retreats, and her community are all welcoming and safe spaces for everyone to practice. It's lovely to see and meet so many different people at her studio and in her events, I feel at home in this community. The knowledge and wisdom shared here by both Aimee and her team of teachers is pure and practical, as it was intended. We are blessed to have access to the teachings of traditional Hatha Yoga and recieve such caring guidance from the teachers at The Dharma House.
