A Space In Time Landing in yourself through movement, rest, and inner listening 24th - 30th April 2027 Santillian Retreat (35 mins from Malaga airport) There are places we go to do more. And then there are places that invite us to slow down enough to truly arrive. This retreat is a pause from the pace of everyday life, an opportunity to step out of doing, and into a different relationship with time. Here, moments are not something to move through, but something to inhabit. Through a thoughtful blend of somatic practices, Hatha and Yin yoga, TRE (Tension Release Exercises), breath and awareness, we create space for a slower, more spacious way of being. Set within the sunlit beauty of an expansive Andalusian cortijo, with gardens overlooking the valley and the Mediterranean Sea, the retreat offers space to rest, to wander, and to be. With indoor and outdoor practice spaces, a saltwater pool, and quiet corners for reflection, The environment itself becomes part of the experience.

Santillan Yoga and Wellness Retreat is an expansive Andalucian cortijo with gardens overlooking our own valley and on to the Mediterranean sea. Located in the peace of the Spanish countryside, Santillan is only 35 minutes from Malaga airport. Relax, recharge, and restore with yoga, meditation, healthy eating, walking, therapies, sound baths, all offered alongside a wide range of retreats led by some of the world’s most experienced teachers. Immerse yourself in nature within Santillan’s peaceful tropical gardens and surrounding hills. It is the perfect setting for some time away from the hustle, bustle, and noise of modern life. Many guests tell us that Santillan offers the experience of being ‘home from home’. Santillan has one outdoor and two indoor studios, a salt-water pool, and 20 en-suite bedrooms offering accommodation for single, double, twin and triple share.

Every room is ensuite with either a balcony or terrace with views down the valley to the sea or to the tropical gardens. Each room is individually furnished and has a desk, ample cupboard space, a separate bathroom, air-conditioning and heating. Single, double and twin accommodation is offered according to the needs of the event organiser or teacher.

Our days will follow the unfolding journey through the body and its rivers of fascia Day 1 — Earth — Feet & legs — arriving into support, landing into the ground of being here Day 2 — Water — Pelvis & hips — softening into flow, allowing movement to return Day 3 — Fire — Spine & core — sensing direction, and the body organising from within Day 4 — Air — Shoulders & breath — opening into space, carried by the breath Day 5 — Space — Neck & head — widening perspective, allowing more room inside Day 6 — Integration — The whole body — letting it all come together, in your own way

I loved the way you designed the course to move through the chakras, starting with the legs and moving up. The way you paired the questions with the chakras was also great. I loved that they were questions as opposed to statement, and that you gave us several options. Often all three questions worked together for me and helped to open something up. It made for a wonderful movement between the physical/ location in the body to the verbal/ idea level. I also loved the directions you gave about how to redirect the attention to the physical while answering the questions rather than staying in the head. I think I was doing that already, but it reinforced that instinct, confirmed that I was in sync with the underlying values of the course, and I think helped with my partners. Also, as you know, this part of the course was instrumental in the powerful release that happened for me when we were paired together. I also thought the amount was the perfect balance between the yoga/physical and the verbal— at least for me. I wouldn’t have wanted more verbal—- just that little break in between the two yoga sessions was great
