Testimonials

info

The personal empowerment Qigong retreat is deeply restorative. The exercises are easy enough for anyone to learn and still profound enough for everyone to benefit from. The instructor has a lovely energy that makes learning and healing a joy.

Kim W., United States

The Qigong retreat is a self empowerment retreat. It helped open my body, mind and spirit to the flow of energy. Everything is energy and vibration. That was not only physically challenging at times, but emotionally and spiritually as well. Qi Gong itself is a meditative experience. You get out of it what you put into it. For me, therefore, I was able to allow myself to feel and see with my soul. I had many awakenings throughout the retreat and learned things about myself that I was not fully aware of before. The energy inside of me really opened and flowed. I believe some stagnant energy was also released. The instructor was very calm, centered and relaxed throughout the entire retreat. He let us beautifully throughout the entire program. If you want to connect to your higher self through beautiful Energy, yet subtle movements, I highly recommend this program. I believe I choose the right one for myself.

Andrea, United States

There aren’t enough words to describe how powerful and heart fulfilling this experience was. In short it was incredible. I truly appreciate that we didn’t just learn “forms” to move, but most importantly there was the emphasis of connecting and reconnecting to myself, my true essence, through breath, movement, focus and sincerity. I feel so energized, my body strong, my heart lighter, my mind opened and my spirit brighter. I highly recommend it to everyone who is yawning for the same. And I will come again. Thank you, a thousand times.
