Some of life's most beautiful moments happen around a table. Fresh bread, local olive oil, sun-ripened tomatoes, seafood from the Adriatic, and long, unhurried meals shared with new friends. Throughout the week, we'll savor the flavors of Montenegro, from fresh Mediterranean-inspired cuisine to locally loved restaurants and family-owned tables where food, culture, and connection become one. A place to lose track of time, indulge in the richness of life, and remember the simple, extraordinary pleasure of being alive.

Schedule

Each morning begins in stillness, intuitive and purifying movement, and a deep inner devotion overlooking the bay before we step into the day with open hearts and curious minds. Rather than sightseeing, we'll immerse ourselves in the rhythm of Montenegro—wandering medieval streets, swimming in turquoise coves, lingering over long meals at locally loved restaurants, and embracing the culture, history, and traditions. Throughout the week, we'll also nurture the artist within through creativity, journaling, and artful practices that allow us to slow down and observe deeply. Yoga doesn't end when you step off the mat. It's found in the way you sip your coffee, the conversations shared over dinner, the feeling of saltwater on your skin, and the moments that ask nothing of you except your attention.

Testimonials

info

“I came with my cup empty and I left with it truly overflowing. I am grateful for all the people I met, especially our two wonderful hosts. I didn’t expect to walk away from the retreat with lifelong friends. I had heard about it and I saw the posts but I honestly didn’t think it would actually happen. I am grateful for that. Thank you for providing a space and experience for me to come and enhance my life in ways that I could have never imagined I needed.”

Kylene L., USA

“This retreat was so special, everything from the location, to the yoga to the meditation, dancing and sharing. All of those aspects made this retreat a life-changing experience for me. It helped me grow personally and improved my focus and whole outlook on life. I cannot wait to attend another one in the future.

Jill S, USA

“I went to the retreat knowing one person, and left with 13 new friends. The space held by Kierstie allowed us to connect with each other outside of the yoga studio. The nourishment allowed us to show up every day fueled with energy. The practices allowed us to build up our physical health, and strengthen our mental health. Very grateful for the experience! It was an HONOR to experience my first yoga retreat with the ladies! The care, intention and authenticity that they delivered during our retreat provided an unparalleled experience that I will never forget.
