Details
Rest & Restore in Nature is an invitation to step away from the pace and demands of everyday life and spend 10 days immersed in a more restorative way of living. Surrounded by nature, you'll have space to slow down, rest deeply, reconnect with yourself, and experience practices that support your wellbeing without filling every moment of your day. Throughout the retreat, meditation, yoga, sound, sleep practices, time in nature, foraging, nourishing food, and periods of personal reflection are woven into a gentle daily rhythm. There will be opportunities to gather and connect, as well as space to simply be. Rather than rushing from one activity to the next, this experience is intentionally spacious, offering moments to notice what it feels like when your body and mind are given consistent opportunities for rest, movement, nourishment, nature, and quiet. You'll learn meditation practices, explore gentle yoga postures that support rest and wellbeing, and experience other restorative practices you can continue using long after the retreat. In addition to talking about what supports us, we'll have time to practice, experience, and discover what feels aligned for you. Those 10 days can create a new point of reference for what feeling supported actually feels like. The intention is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of the rhythms and practices you want to carry home.

During meal times, guests are welcome to choose the experience that feels most nourishing in the moment, whether that's gathering around the table for conversation and connection or finding a quiet place to enjoy a little time to yourself. Much of our food will be lovingly prepared by Erin, whose background in hospitality shows up in the care she brings to the table. Her meals have become a favorite part of our retreats, with guests consistently sharing how much they've enjoyed her cooking. Expect wholesome, satisfying meals made with fresh ingredients and plenty of variety throughout our 10 days together. Meals are served buffet-style, with indoor and outdoor seating available so you can eat in community or find a peaceful spot surrounded by the beauty of the property. Food will also become part of the experience itself. We'll explore some of what is growing around us through a guided foraging experience, and on select evenings, guests who enjoy cooking will have the opportunity to prepare and share a meal with the group. Participation in meal preparation is completely optional. You're always welcome to simply come to the table, eat, and enjoy.
