Details

Journey from Karma to Dharma® is a private three-night residential retreat for people standing at a meaningful threshold in their identity and life. Nothing may be visibly wrong. Your life may be established, responsible and successful on the outside. Yet something within may no longer feel entirely true. You may recognise a recurring pattern, feel disconnected from who you have become or sense that the identity that brought you here cannot lead what comes next. This retreat is not an escape from your life, a conventional holiday or a surface-level self-care experience. It is a carefully held space in which to step away from familiar roles, recognise the deeper pattern beneath your present transition and reconnect with your inner authority. The experience is guided by the Journey from Karma to Dharma® framework and moves through three core movements: Remembering, Reclaiming and Embodying. Through facilitated inquiry, reflection, embodiment and spiritual enquiry, you will explore what shaped you, what is no longer allowed to lead and how a more truthful expression of identity can become visible in everyday life. The atmosphere is intimate, private and unhurried. The rhythm balances guided work with rest, sacred landscape, spa time and personal integration. There is no expectation to perform, share beyond your boundaries or remain socially engaged throughout. The spaces between sessions allow insight to settle into the body rather than remaining an intellectual understanding. The retreat is intended to help you recognise the patterns shaping your choices, remember what remains true beneath conditioning and responsibility, and gain clarity about the next chapter of your life. You will leave with greater self-understanding, inner authority and a clearer sense of what you are ready to embody. This experience is best suited to reflective, personally responsible people who have the emotional and practical capacity for deep, integrated work. It is not therapy or crisis support. It is an intimate transformational experience for those ready to meet change with honesty, discernment and depth.

Schedule

The retreat runs from Monday 18 to Thursday 21 January 2027, with three nights at a private countryside residence near Glastonbury. It follows a gentle rhythm of guided inner work in the morning and spacious time for rest, reflection and spa in the afternoon and evening. Guests arrive on Monday afternoon and are welcomed with afternoon tea. The first facilitated session with Nikita follows in the early evening, and the day ends with a private group spa session and a short meditation. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the day begins with gentle morning yoga and a leisurely breakfast. A facilitated Journey from Karma to Dharma® session with Nikita then takes place each morning. The focus moves from recognising the patterns shaping your life on Tuesday, to remembering what is true for you now on Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoon, the group travels together to Glastonbury for contemplative time at an unhurried pace, followed by an early seasonal dinner at a local restaurant. Group transport is included. Wednesday afternoon is left open for rest, reflection, optional treatments and one-to-one conversations with Nikita. The group comes together again for a spa session and a private celebration dinner on the final evening. On Thursday, guests can enjoy an optional early spa session before a closing brunch and final reflection. Departure is by 10.00am. Each day includes reserved private group spa time in the pool, sauna and hot tub. Morning yoga, meditation and treatments are optional, and the time between sessions is intentionally unscheduled so the experience never feels rushed. The schedule may be gently adjusted to support the group as the work unfolds.
