Details
Inner Freedom. Outer Fire. is an intimate women's retreat in the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona. Set on a secluded private property with a sauna, saltwater hot tub, and canyon views that remind your nervous system what it feels like to finally exhale, this is the environment where the loop ends. We move through the complete 9-chakra system, Earth Star to Soul Star, with deep cellular excavation, embodied yoga woven into every layer, sacred ceremony, and two intentional activations out in the land, including a hike to the Cathedral Rock vortex where we meet every layer of ancestral and energy medicine held in this land meet us in power. Lori Reising excavates what is living in your cells. Andrea Farrell moves it into the body. Together in high proximity, in this land, in this intentionally curated container, what has been stored gets moved. What has been suppressed gets activated. And the healed version of you that has been coded in since before the world got its hands on you finally gets to live out loud. This is the spiral. Not the boomerang. And your liberation is not just for you. When the internal defaults to abundance, the external shifts quicker and deeper from there.

The space we are gathering in was chosen with intention. Desert Rose is a newly renovated 4,500 square foot wellness sanctuary nestled in the high desert just 15 minutes south of Sedona, with direct access to BLM hiking trails right off the property and red rock views that start doing something to your nervous system the moment you arrive. This is not a hotel. It is a home. Six bedrooms, five private baths, a gourmet chef's kitchen, and enough space for the container to breathe. Luxurious concrete craftsmanship throughout, gemstones inlaid into the countertops, soaking tubs, and the kind of quiet that reminds your body it is safe to open. Outside, you have an expansive deck with fire pit, a resort style swimming pool, BBQ, outdoor dining, orchards, gardens, farm animals, and 50-year-old shade trees that have been holding this land long before we arrived. The biohacking suite includes red light therapy, infrared sauna, vibration plates, and a cold soak tub. There is a dedicated yoga room with mats already waiting. This is where the work lands in the body. And it is where the integration gets to feel like what freedom actually feels like to live in.

From our chef, Elizabeth... A Grounded Approach to Nourishment My relationship with food began at a young age when I chose to become vegetarian, sparking a deeper curiosity about what we consume and how it impacts the body. What started as a personal choice quickly evolved into a lifelong exploration of nourishment, one that has been deeply shaped by my background in yoga, Reiki, and holistic wellness practices. Through these modalities, I came to understand that food is not just fuel, but energy something that has the power to support the body, regulate the nervous system, and influence how we feel on every level. I take a highly intentional approach to the ingredients I use, prioritizing organic, high-quality, and thoughtfully sourced foods whenever possible. I believe that what we put into our bodies matters, not just nutritionally, but energetically. The way food is grown, prepared, and served all carries an imprint. For me, cooking is a practice of presence. The energy, care, and intention I bring into the kitchen become part of the meal itself. I believe that food prepared with love, attention, and reverence nourishes far beyond the physical body, it creates a sense of grounding, connection, and ease. Today, my approach to food is both balanced and intuitive. Meals are designed not only to taste beautiful, but to feel good, supporting digestion, calming the nervous system, and enhancing the overall experience of a retreat or gathering. Through Nourish and Gather, I bring this philosophy into every space I serve, creating meals that feel deeply nourishing, intentional, and aligned with the energy of the experience.
