**Feminine Yin Yoga Training in Costa Rica** Join Luna, Ixchel & Jac for a transformative 7-day immersion at Yacumama Eco Village in the lush jungles of Costa Rica, where Yin Yoga, feminine embodiment, ritual, and nature come together. This 50-hour Yin Yoga training is designed to take you beyond the traditional teacher-training experience. Through slow and nourishing Yin practices, somatic movement, sacred ritual, sound healing, cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, meditation, and deep connection with nature, you’ll be invited to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your feminine essence. Spend your days practicing surrounded by jungle, waterfalls, rivers, mountains, and ocean views, while learning the foundations of Yin Yoga, anatomy, fascia, energy systems, Traditional Chinese Medicine, asanas, adjustments, sequencing, mindfulness, and class design. Along the way, experience sacred fire circles, flower baths, cold plunges, blue clay rituals, Thai massage, song circles, and meaningful connection within a circle of women. Whether you’re looking to become a Yin Yoga teacher or simply seeking a nourishing space for personal transformation, this retreat offers an opportunity to deepen your practice, expand your knowledge, and reconnect with yourself in the beauty of Costa Rica. **December 7–14**

YACUMAMA is a regenerative community land project in Costa Rica. A space for community & connection to the deepest parts of ourselves and all life. A cultural center for transformational experiences for the evolution of humanity. We are so happy that you found your way here and that we get to share a little about Yacumama with you. Creating Yacumama is a response to a spirit mission given to many of us to create eco-villages, sanctuaries, food forests, temples, & places we can come together in connection. Our deepest prayer for Yacumama is to create a living field of unity where the illusion of separation dissolves, a place to remember who we truly are and be inspired to be more loving humans, standing powerfully in our purpose as devoted stewards of this earth. This living field is alive, growing, and evolving as we listen. We are exploring new and ancient ways of living in community rooted in sacred reciprocity, connection & regeneration.
