Details

Step away from familiar routines and make room to understand yourself more clearly. Dhrasti Immersive offers three full programme days in the peaceful setting of the Grain Barn at Sandon Manor, with an arrival evening before the programme begins. Guided by Pratiqk Jaani, you will explore how conditioning shapes your thoughts, feelings and responses through guided experiences, reflection and practice. The intention is to help you recognise familiar patterns, notice the awareness observing them, and develop practical ways to bring what you discover into everyday life. No particular spiritual belief or previous retreat experience is required. The Dhrasti journey connects three stages: Understand, Experience and Create. Foundation preparation introduces the framework before you arrive. The residential Immersive gives you space to explore it through your own experience. Dhrasti Circle supports continued exploration and integration afterwards. Foundation access is included if required, and the course must be completed before attending; you can enquire before completing it. A welcome conversation helps you explore suitability before your place is confirmed. This English-language retreat is for adults aged 18 and above, with a planned group of up to 16. Arrive on Thursday 19 November 2026; the three programme days run from Friday 20 to Sunday 22 November.
