Details

Intention of the Retreat Somatic Therapy and Art Therapy come together to help us release, integrate, and give form to our inner world, while remembering that the land is not simply the place we inhabit, but also a living source of inspiration and material. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, dance, silence, and art, we will create a space to feel, recognize, and express what lives within us. “Creating from the inside out”: Our seven-day journey where we will return to the body, listen to the spirit, and reconnect with our essence. We will create with our hands, use plants, colors, fibers, textures, and the elements offered by the land—understand creativity as a language of connection, expression, and transformation. When we learn to listen to ourselves, the way we create, inhabit, and relate to the world around us also begins to change.

Testimonials

info

I came looking for a creative experience, but I left with something much deeper. The combination of movement, nature, textiles, and community allowed me to reconnect with parts of myself I had been disconnected from. I felt safe to explore, create, and simply be. It was a truly transformative experience.

MARIA, UNITED STATES

There was something very special about creating with our hands while also connecting with the body. Every practice invited me to slow down and listen to myself. I came back feeling more grounded, inspired, and connected not only to my creativity, but to myself and to the people around me.

SOFIA, COLOMBIA

This retreat reminded me that creativity is not something we have to force, it is something we can access when we feel, listen, and allow ourselves to explore. I loved the balance between somatic practices, art, nature, and meaningful connection. I left feeling renewed and deeply inspired.
