Over five days, we will gently explore what it means to move from survival mode into greater regulation, safety and self-understanding. We designed this retreat to help you gently reconnect with safety in the body, expand your window of tolerance, and better understand the patterns, stories and protective parts that shape our lives. Through a blend of trauma-informed psychotherapy, compassionate inquiry, somatic practices, breathwork, restorative yoga and deep rest, you will learn practical tools that you can bring into everyday life.
