Something in you already knows it’s time. This is a space to soften the patterns that no longer feel true, to release what you’ve outgrown, and to reconnect with the part of you that already knows the way. Our sanctuary for this journey is the lush and remote north-west coast of Bali, where centuries of devotional practice have shaped a living spiritual landscape. What makes this place so special is how untouched it remains by mass tourism. The raw natural beauty invites you to surrender and attune to the rhythm of this region, a slower, more intentional way of being. Imagine waking up to the majestic view of the Java Volcanoes, small offerings of flowers and incense, the distant rhythm of the sea and the inner knowing that for this week, there is nowhere else you need to be. Throughout the week, you will be immersed in Balinese culture and each day offers space to return to yourself through practices that nourish body, mind, and spirit. Move with presence through yoga and meditation. Breathe deeply to soothe the nervous system. Receive restorative bodywork and traditional healing practices. Be immersed in sound healing with sacred rituals designed to hold you, restore balance and awaken the version of you that has been waiting for permission to emerge. Many who come to Bali speak of the island’s powerful ability to open the heart, honestly, and bring forward what has quietly been asking to be seen. It’s a portal that allows something deeper and truer to rise. I’ve returned to this place again and again. And many who join me feel that same pull to come back. Over time, I’ve built deep relationships with the community and have been given the blessing of their local Balinese priests to continue the work I do alongside them. In many ways, the retreat becomes an exchange, one that supports and uplifts the village, while those who join are invited into something deeper. I will walk beside you as your guide, holding a carefully tended container for reflection, healing, and expansion. By the end of our time together, you will leave changed in ways you may not yet have words for. What you find here, is yours to keep forever. When you're ready, we'll be there. With reverence, Ayres

On our retreat in Bali, food is not just sustenance; it's a fundamental aspect of our philosophy and values. We believe that vibrant, plant-based cuisine is not only deeply satisfying but also a form of medicine for the body and soul. With this in mind, each meal is lovingly prepared with seasonal ingredients sourced from our very own farm on-site embodying the principles of organic farming and sustainability. Whether you choose to follow a plant-based diet or incorporate sustainable locally sourced seafood into your meals, every dish is crafted to restore balance, honor the body, and uplift the spirit. At our retreat, you'll experience a culinary journey rooted in this Balinese ethos. For many, this may be the first time exploring a plant-based way of eating, but for just one week, you are invited to experience a different kind of nourishment, one that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.
