Details

This five-day retreat at Pian del Re, at the foot of Monviso in Northern Italy, offers a space for spiritual renewal, creative clarity, and deep reconnection with the more-than-human world. Designed for creatives, writers, artists, entrepreneurs, facilitators, and changemakers, the retreat combines the wisdom of the Five Elements with embodied movement, listening practices, walking meditation, reflection, and time immersed in nature. Set in a simple and authentic mountain environment, the retreat invites you to step away from noise, urgency, and constant productivity to reconnect with yourself, your creative projects, and the rhythms of the natural world. Through guided practices, meaningful conversation, and shared experience, you'll cultivate greater presence, inspiration, groundedness, and inner clarity. Accommodation and meals are arranged separately through the local mountain rifugio, with options for shared rooms or camping for those wishing for a closer immersion in nature.

Location

Villa, Italy

12030 Villa in Crissolo, Province of Cuneo (CN), Italy, is a small mountain settlement located in the upper Po Valley in the Piedmont region, close to the base of Monviso, one of the most iconic peaks of the Cottian Alps. The area is defined by dramatic alpine scenery, with steep valleys, forests, and clear mountain air, creating a strong sense of seclusion and natural immersion. Crissolo is a quiet, traditional alpine village where life moves slowly and is closely tied to the seasons, with access to hiking trails, nature walks, and mountain viewpoints. It is particularly appealing for retreats focused on nature connection, silence, and outdoor activities, offering a peaceful environment surrounded by pristine alpine landscapes.
