Testimonials

info

Attending the Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Training Program with Krishna Raja Sir has been a truly transformative experience. In todays world filled with superficial practices, its very rare to find such true, authentic knowledge. This isnt just yoga its holistic, real yoga in its purest form. Krishna Raja Sir beautifully integrates ancient wisdom with practical guidance, helping us connect deeply with ourselves on all levels mind, body, and spirit. Every session feels like floating light, peaceful, and deeply enriching. I especially love the real-life analogies he uses while teaching; they make the teachings so relatable and easy to understand. His presence is calming, his teaching clear, and his dedication truly inspiring. I feel blessed and grateful to be learning under such a genuine and mindful teacher.

Sumangala N, Bangalore, India

I was new to the practice of yoga when i signed up with Krishna. I wanted to learn more about mindfulness and after meeting Krishna in Cambodia I enjoyed his approach to yoga and mindfulness. I was apprehensive about doing postures and asana as I had only been to a few yoga classes in my life. He made me feel very comfortable and taught yoga in a different way from what I had experienced in the past. I loved this course as it was a holistic approach to yoga. I am excited to work with people in the future who may have looked at yoga the way i had, (thin people in fancy yoga clothes). I highly recommend this course for people wanting to broaden their knowledge of yoga.

FRANCESKA DUSTIN, New Zealand

This retreat was not what I was expecting but it was 1000x better. This is more of an educational course on yoga. To understand and practice yoga, you have to go back to the basics and our mentor Krishna Raja is the most knowledgeable and experienced teacher we could have had. He can answer every question and genuinely cares about taking you to the next level of your yogic knowledge. If you’re expecting physical yoga 24/7 and white robes this isn’t what you’re signing up for. But it is so much more valuable and you will leave with knowledge that will serve you for the rest of your life.
