Your goal for this session is to just be relaxed and calm.

Take a deep breath in and out.

In just a moment I'll begin infusing this track with Reiki.

Your job is to just be calm,

Relaxed,

Feel into your body,

Feel the energy moving and releasing.

Let's begin.

Feeling the energy moving in your body.

With every breath you take in and out,

You release all negative energy that no longer serves you.

Letting your body relax more and more.

Feeling the energy begin to balance.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Using the Reiki energy now to burn away all the unwanted energy.

Leaving room for positive energy to enter your body.

Feel that positive energy enter and fill your body with light and bright happiness.

Great energy,

Positivity.

From the tips of your toes to the top of your head you feel the light,

Bright,

Positive energy just filling your body.

Taking one more deep breath in and out.

Feeling the calm peacefulness fill your body now.
