Meditation I recommend doing this meditation in bed so that you can drift off to sleep straight after and if you do drift off to sleep even before the meditation ends,
Don't worry you'll still receive the information and will be held in an even deeper state of rest so just snuggle into your bed,
Really getting comfortable allowing the mattress and the pillows and the covers to cocoon you and to really hold you begin to close your eyes slow down and deepen your breath and I really want to invite you to relax any part of your body that feels like it's tense or holding anything really inviting you to surrender to the holding of your bed and the holding of gravity and the holding of this meditation breathing deeply into the centre of your heart inviting every cell in your being to enter a state of deep relaxation,
Rejuvenation and rest and surrender from the tips of your toes to the tips of your fingers and then the tip of your head to your crown I want you to gently scan your physical body for any part of you that physically feels stuck or like you might be holding on to something that might have happened during the day or even something in the past breathing deeply and scanning your physical body for any part of you that feels stuck or like it's holding anything and if you notice any part of your physical body that feels stuck or tight I want to invite you now to breathe into that part of you physically and in a moment I'm going to invite you to take a deep breath and hold for four and then release it slowly so breathing into that physical part of you that might feel tight or like it's holding something that happened during the day breathing in deeply,
Really deeply and hold 2,
3,
4 and now letting go and releasing your breath and releasing anything in your physical body that is not serving you now now I invite you to scan your mental body of any disturbance or stress or overthinking or pressures that you may have built up through the day knowing that if you need to you can pick these things back up tomorrow if it is in your interest but now we want the mental body to also enter a state of relaxation so scanning your day and scanning your mind,
Is there anything that is racing around your mind that is stopping you from entering a state of deep relaxation anything that might have happened in the day that it's time to switch off just like a computer at the end of the day,
Shutting it down,
Switching it off we're going to do the same with any stressful thoughts,
Worries or concerns that you may be holding in your mental body so in a moment we'll breathe into any of these stresses or worries or overthinking and we'll hold our breath for 4 and then release breathing in and releasing any worries and concerns and stresses and overthinking now so now we are going to clear the emotional body and anything that might be standing in the way from you having a deep deep restful night's sleep it could be an argument you may have had during the day or a sensitivity that may have arisen you don't need to overthink it or rehash it but just scanning your emotions and if there's anything that feels stuck or sticky or even that feels a little bit hurtful or it conjures up any kind of emotion there are so many kinds of emotions scanning your emotions now and if there is anything present that is ready to be released from the day so that you can have a deep restful sleep I want you to breathe into it now very deeply and hold your breath for 1,

3,
4 and release your breath and any stuck emotions so that you can enter into a deep deep sleep and place of rejuvenation throughout the night so now feeling your physical body cleared and relaxed your mental body clear and relaxed and your emotional body clear and relaxed I want you to imagine a beautiful sunset beginning at the top of your head of your crown and very slowly moving down your body all the way to your toes and as the sun sets so does your body clock and your physical,
Mental and emotional bodies now ready to enter a state of deep rejuvenation and rest really imagining that sunset,
That beautiful sunset making its way all the way to the tips of your toes and sinking away as it welcomes night time really feeling the holding of the bed,
The holding of your bedroom,
The holding of your home or the building that you're in feeling the holding of this meditation and the holding of the great mother herself as she gently rocks you off to sleep thanking your physical,
Mental and emotional bodies for letting go and allowing such a restful night's sleep sending gratitude to your physical,
Mental and emotional bodies for all the work they've done during the day and reminding them that now it's time to switch off and rest to rejuvenate and replenish and to enter a state of deep,
Deep healing reminding every single cell of your body that it's now time to rest informing them that you're about to enter a state of deep,
Deep replenishment and that you will wake up in the morning feeling so nourished,
So rejuvenated and so filled up and replenished feeling held and safe,
Sleeping deep,
Being rejuvenated as you drift off you now enter your very own sleep temple a place of ancient healing,
