Water is alive.
And so,
We're going to practice this deep sleep release meditation,
Floating bliss,
To wash away all the impurities that may be affecting your life so you can rest,
Relax,
And sleep deeply.
Please find a comfortable place,
Lie down,
Where no one will interrupt you for several minutes.
Place your legs and your feet in a natural position,
As well as your arms and hands.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
And gently.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
I'm telling you too.
Naturally slow down.
And softened.
As you relax.
Breathing in.

And breathing out.
Following the rhythm of your breath.
As you observe each inhalation.
And each exhalation.
Emptying your mind.
And feeling how your attention synchronizes with the natural slow and steady movement of your breath.
Emptying your mind.
And feeling how your attention flows.
Synchronizes.
With a natural,
Slow and steady movement of your breath.
Feeling wonderful.
Comforting sensation of well-being.
As you feel a stream of air.
Entering your body.
And feeling the air.
Leaving your body.
And now,
We're going to shift your attention from your breath to your body.
Starting with your feet and your toes.
Feel your feet and your toes.
Extending your breath into the bottom of your feet.
With each breath.
The bottom of your feet can feel more and more relaxed.
As they soften more and more.
Allowing your feet.
Relax.
More.
Feeling your feet light.
As if they were floating in water.
Moving up slowly.
And gently to your legs.
Bringing your attention to your shins and calves.
As you breathe into these parts of your body.
Releasing all the tension from your day.
Feeling how your shins and calves Feel lighter?
As if they were floating in water.
Magic.
And now.

Bring your attention to your kneecaps.
Breathing into your kneecaps.
And allowing them to relax and soften.
With each breath.
Feel your kneecaps lighter.
As if they were floating in water.
That's it.
And now,
Gently bring your awareness to your upper legs and thighs.
Breathing oxygen directly into your upper legs and thighs.
Relaxing.
And releasing.
Any tension.
On your upper legs and thighs.
As you relax into your mattress.
Feeling them lighter.
As if they were floating in water.
Mad.
And now.

Bringing your attention to your hips.
And the muscles that are connected to your hips.
Breathing oxygen.
Directly into your head.
And the muscles that are connected to your head.
Relaxing.
And releasing.
Any tension on your hips and the muscles that are connected to your hips.
Feeling lighter.
As if they were floating on water.
Bats.
This floating sensation.
Is spreading throughout your whole body.
And you allow your body to feel lighter and lighter with each breath.
That's it.
Now,
We're going to bring your focus into your back.
Noticing any tension or tightness you may be experiencing on your lower back and upper back muscles.
Breathing oxygen directly into your muscles of your lower back and upper back.
Allowing the tension to dissolve.
With each breath.
And feeling how the muscles on your back Start to feel lighter and lighter.
As if they were floating on water.
That's it.
And gently.
Bringing your awareness to your tummy.
And chess.
Feeling the movement on your tummy and chest.
Noticing.
Any pressure or sensations on your chest or tummy.
Breathing in oxygen.
Directly on your tummy and chest.
Allowing any tension to blow it away.
With each exhalation.
Allowing any tension to float away with each exhalation.
And feeling as if your tummy and chest are floating on water.
That's weird.
There's a sense of total relaxation.
Invading your body.
And there is less need to move.
Now,
We're going to bring your attention to your neck and shoulders.
Feel the muscles in your neck and shoulders.
As you breathe in oxygen into these areas.
Feel the calm,
Soothing energy.
A few breaths.
Clearing any tension in your neck and shoulders.
Softening the muscles and tightness in these areas.
Feeling as if your neck and shoulders are floating on water.
Your whole body feels more and more relaxed.
As you enter a deeper state of concentration.
You can now feel your arms and hands.
As you take in any sensations in your upper arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Hands,
And fingers.
Feel your upper arms,
Elbows,
Why?
Breath.
Hands and fingers.
Relaxing more and more.
As you breathe oxygen directly into each one of those parts of your body.
Noticing.
Notice how this calm,
Soothing energy softens and drains any tension from your muscles of your upper arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Hands and fingers.
Allowing them to feel as if they were floating on water.
And now.

.
Gently shift your attention to your face.
Feeling the muscles on your face.
Observing.
Tightness or tension in this area.
And softly breathe in oxygen.
Correctly.
Into the muscles on your face.
Healing this oxygen.
Healing your mouth and jaw.
Softening this area.
And allowing the tension between your eyebrows to smooth out.
And relaxing more and more.
As well as your eyes and the muscles around your eyes.
Feeling how you are releasing and draining any tension from the muscles on your face.
In your whole head.
Feels lighter and lighter.
As if it's loading on water.
The effects of gravity are no longer felt by your whole body.
As you relax.
In a completely different state of relaxation.
Allowing your whole body to relax completely.
Releasing and draining any tension.
And he's left with each breath you take.
Inhaling.

And exhaling.
Relaxing and soothing all of your muscles.
Allowing this perfectly restful leap to come on its own time.
Your whole body feels lighter.
As if it was floating in water.
Continue breathing.
And focusing your attention on your calm body.
As you enjoy the soothing rhythm of your breath inhaling.
And exhaling.
As you continue enjoying this wonderful feeling of floating on water.
Think about the physical and mental health benefits that come from drinking water regularly.
From this point on.
Your body will have a water-rich diet.
And with every sip you take.
Your brain will have what it needs to work faster.
And you'll feel these effects through better concentration,
Focus and memory.
Because you know that drinking water also helps you to improve your mood.
Enabling you to balance emotions and keep stress and anxiety regulated.
Keeping your body hydrated will help you keep your stress levels down.
And not just drinking water will have this profound effect on your mental health.
When you meditate in or close to water,
You'll notice.
You can relax your mind.
Body.
And so on,
Easier.
Because,
As you know,
Water has long been connected to calmness and purity.
Water.
Is a sacred element across many religions and cultures.
Water is used in Christianity during baptisms,
The Shinto religion to perform purification rituals.
And given in Islam as a noble and great reward.
Outside of religion.
Water also plays a crucial part.
In everyone's daily lives.
In more basic terms,
We are water.
The human body consists of between 45 and 75% water.
Depending on your age.
And ginger.
Water meditation.
Is the act of using water to relax your body and mind.
It's long being known to enhance the power of meditation.
To unlock a whole new level of inner peace and healing.
Thanks to this flowing,

Yet powerful state of water.
